Hotel Wernerwald in Cuxhaven

Dull Reception.
Cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
Rooms renovation are in need of. (Toilet flushing) runs to the box spring bed slats breaking. faucet dripping in the shower.

We had read the only review on Google before, then we would not have arrived a week ago. We were for 48h, a suburb of...were sufficient to make the following experience : Full of anticipation for a short break, because you have a busy Job, and even after the end of the season to the North sea, full of passion in a 4*Hotel expected, we were greeted in the Hotel wernerwald forest at the front Desk with a yawning Void. An alleged representative from the Rezeptiniost, not later recognisable as such, since he ran in the civil - tree-shirt you want through the house, greeted us (barely) expressionless, the Hotel explained to us in less than 10 sentences. Nice we found, that he accompanied us to the room. The room description is like my predecessor. The clairaudience and the dog barking of dogs which were locked up in the trunk below the balconies, were at times unbearable. Towel hook fell almost to the wall, in the shower you could move in just so, this one looked at filthy Badfugen. The Spa area was so highly touted, appears to have been cleaned during the day, not a single Time, as we found around 20:00, a full basket of used towels and a dirty Pool. When I visited again the empty reception, I got a patzigen answer, a seemingly self-indulgent for the stressed-out employee, with the following response :"What is'? ". Since I had a birthday on this day, I wanted to let my mood not to spoil. I wanted to request only the W-Lanschlüssel. Unfortunately, the only abundzu worked. What could save her now, was the Breakfast. But where is the 4*? Ready to roll, dust a dry-boiled eggs, almost empty juice bottles, sausage from the plastic bag, dried unwashed soft slices of cucumber and unsightly with cobwebs, dirty fan heater, or whatever, blew his air over the FOOD. The cleaning staff sprayed penetrating vanilla scents, in spray bottles in the room (we saw by accident) and smelled anyway. In parting, we thanked, there was no eye contact, or the question of whether we had a lovely stay. For 108Eur the night in a standard room plus Breakfast, we had clearly expected more. Any regulars preferred to be treated, but, nevertheless, we strongly recommend!!!! Wellness in 2014 is clearly in a different atmosphere. The mission statement of the "Hotels" should be revised from its operators, as it reads very ridiculous and in no way correspond to reality .
