Woow, just woow! The breakfast was amazing and the reception was just wonderful. The ambience and the deco are out of this world. We will definitely be going back again.

The breakfast was really nice, fresh and there were a big variety. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean. It had a shower and a bathtub which was really nice.

Great room and view. Food is nice. The interior is ugly and beautiful at the same time. It’s old but has a certain charm. It’s overpriced.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city

Very small room and no AC. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Excellent food and great view from the 6th floor on the harbor. If you just use the room for sleeping and you are not staying in the middle of the summer it’s a great hotel. The staff was very nice.

A decent hotel. I stayed there during the renovation. It was a bit of a mess. Rooms clean, ergonomic.

Very good hotel, nice breakfast, good spa area, quiet rooms. Even the room closest to spa was quiet. In the room bathrobe, extra towel and slippers - all handy for the use in spa. Parking area is sufficient, two parkings one in the front of the main entrance and one in the backyard. Costs 10€ per night, but always spots available.

Very well placed. Nice views from the restaurant. Cheap rooms are small and not very comfortable but average rooms are spacious and well equipped. Big rooms are fantastic and spacious

Not sure where to begin with how completely fabulous this stay was. We are a family of 3 and the amenities at the hotel are great. The staff are also incredibly friendly and supportive. We really enjoyed our stay and very much hope to visit again in the future.

After repeated stay in the Hotel stern Hagen, it was again a nice experience. The Kompination genuine Service and a Rich in tradition environment, makes it the Hotel star Hagen to a unique place. Thank you to the entire Team.

It is a beautiful hotel and i had a very nicely appointed Jr. Suite. The only small downside was the exercise room was rather simple.

We stayed at the Moin several times. The staff and service were, as usual, super nice and friendly. Due to illness we had to cancel our restaurant reservations twice at short notice, but this was accepted without any problems. Breakfast was very good and varied. Dinner in the Inspirio restaurant was delicious, but a bit expensive. Despite everything, it was a successful vacation. We would be happy...

The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and problem-solving. Breakfast is the perfect start to the day. Otherwise, the food just throws you off.

Really great location right next to the forest and close to the beach. Furnished functionally, even if it would be better if, for example, the wicker chair was not defective, and if you had a few coat hooks and the like. Really great breakfast with lots of choice. So we will definitely come back again!

We were there 2 nights and very happy! You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes and there was a car park right outside the hotel. The room was cozy and clean, the same goes for the pool. The breakfast buffet was lacking. The staff were very friendly and attentive! In a nutshell: highly recommended :-)

Great hotel, with a lovely pool and spar, the only down side is I know the hotel is in Germany but all the signs inside the room and around the hotel were only in Germany no other languages so if you don't understand German you are in trouble ,they should at least be in English.

It is a lovely hotel, with a great pool and hot tub close to the sea, we had a great view of the sea from our 3rd floor room. The only thing that let the hotel down was even though it is a 4star hotel all the signs around the hotel and in the rooms were in German, I know the hotel is in Germany but in this day and age of travel shouldn't the signs be other language's as well especially English as this...

Very courteous staff and very nice rooms! The location is very nice as well, right next to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

I stayed there for one night. The room was quite spacious, the breakfast room offers a good view on the sea (and of course a delicious breakfast). The hotel also has a relaxing sauna area. It was a really enjoyable stay.

Short family vacation We had a great, short family vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and the food in the restaurant delicious. The only bummer was that the pool wasn't open. There is an ice cream parlor and a small shop in walking distance, and it was just a short walk to the beach, too. We would stay again!

Nice hotel great for biking and walking directly on the sea

The staffthere are extreamly helpful. One of our bag was left behind and they did everything to help us retrieve it.

Excellent Hotel for a short stay in Cuxhaven. Walkable distances to attractions and the habor. Several Restaurants and the museum in walking distance. Besides the kitchen the hotel doesn't offer any other amenities so you might want to look around if you are planning to stay longer.

Very nice traditional style hotel, well located on the old harbor section of Cuxhaven (Heinrich Heine's "Alte Liebe"). A very good team brillantly managed by Tim... Nice and cosy for all kind of sejour (trip or vacation). Two thumbs up!

For the Beach-House Apartments... Modern, well-equipped and spacious apartments at a fair price. Well located. Very attentive and helpful staff (specially Britta and Tim). It really is an excellent option for those looking for a family apartment, even for long stays.

We spent a weekend in Duhnen and stumbled upon this lovely hotel by chance. We booked a double room with a balcony and were thrilled. I was particularly delighted by the quiet corner on the ground floor – a beautiful room with a fully automatic coffee machine, cake and cookies, a book, a latte, and all was right with the world. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wehrburg in Cuxhaven. The hotel is very charming, clean, and comfortable, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We really liked the hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful. A lot of effort is put into the buffet and there is a huge selection. The location is also ideal: 3 minutes to the beach and about 3 minutes to the nearest restaurants. The rooms are cozy and nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back! :)

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room & bathroom very clean, the Breakfast buffet is simply class, I felt very comfortable.

The suite was large and spacious. However, the refridge was not working. Front desk didn't seem concerned. No one repaired or replaced it the next day either. Staff wasn't the least bit concerned.

Nice little hotel. We had a spacious room right under the roof, so it was sometimes quite warm there. But everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the whirlpool was closed due to Corona. Breakfast was great.

Our stay was very nice, we have rented a room under the roof and it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was particularly great. I have lowered the rating because of hidden additional payments about which we were informed only during check out - service fee and parking fees. We do not have a car, so it's difficult to understand why should we pay it. The rooms are not cheap, so I don't see...

We booked our room at very short notice. We were cycling along the Elbe Cycle Path. The building belongs to the neighboring Hotel Strandperle: those who book with breakfast probably also eat at the Hotel Strandperle. It's in a fantastic central location, just a few steps from the beach. There's a pool and sauna in the basement. Excellent! Our room was a bit dated, but clean overall, which is what matters...

We stayed at Landhaus Stutzi from April 15th to 18th. Our room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a great balcony. The service was excellent. The best part was that we had the pool and sauna entirely to ourselves for the four days. Breakfast in the main building was also very good. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

The staff was so helpful every time we had a question. Our room was clean and well laid out. The location was quiet and it was easy walking distance to the placed we wanted to see. I would stay there again.
