This Hotel is well maintained. Clean and spacious. Room decor looks good, the Wellness Area excellent and very clean. We arrived in the underground Parking which was very convenient. Check-in was quick and friendly. All information was given. The best surprise was the breakfast like in the best 5-star hotels . Well done.

Nice hotel Clean and nice hotel although not exactly match the advertised description. Breakfast is good. Bed is not so comfortable but not so bad as well. Wifi slows down occasionally.

Very nice, quiet, clean and modern hotel, with free parking, large selection choice for breakfast and bar/restaurant on site which is reasonably priced with good quality food. The rooms are spacious and come with a fridge, minibar selection, heating control and A/C. The only thing that is not in the room is a kettle. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Traube am See I had a great stay at this hotel. The room is clean, great location and an amazing restaurant and lounge. I would stay there again.

The location is perfect, the wellness is very good, they just miss a warm water pool, they have a normal one which is also very nice!

What a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful. We are a family of five and the apartment style room was perfect. Spacious and very clean. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone and ideal for walking , shopping & eating.

The accommodations were nice. Hallways to rooms smelled smoky due to people smoking just outside open exit doors.

We had a good stay because the hotel has provided us with a nice room, well equipped, good bedding. Great pool and sauna layout. Excellent breakfast buffet and we love the quicky but nice design elements in the hotel. Staff are tops and accommodating.

Love the hotel, its unique interior designs seen all over the place. Our room was small, but well equipped, with excellent bedding, and a small but functional bathroom. The pool is nice and I like the environment. The sauna complex is well designed and has many sauna themed options. I love the various resting areas with the complimentary teas. Well done. They are supposed to get an breakfast buffet...

We had a nice stay before our Switzerland trip. Receptionist was very welcoming. There are enough parking space in front of the hotel including charging station. Room was perfectly silent. To summarize, it was a good experience

Holiday Inn Expresses aren't usually anything special, but this hotel was. It was simple, but very, very clean. The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were all very polite and friendly. It was a very restful night there after the trade fair.

Lots of choices for breakfast. Very close to the "Messe" There is EV charging there (I did not test) Parking €10.- (€5.- for IHG members) WiFi a bit slow.

The hotel charges me 10 euros for parking and 3,5 euros for city tax. It’s not specified in the introduction. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel to stay for a night.

First class service by the friendly staff and excellent facilities

The hotel and the wellness area are nothing special. In fact, from the photos on the booking the expectation was that the room was in the modern part of the hotel, but unfortunately this was not the case. The staff wasn’t overly friendly and helpful either. The room had several damages but was quiet which was appreciated. There is an outside bike stand with metal hooks for locking.

This is a hotel which clearly holds itself to a very high standard, but which fell flat is some basic ways. The booking covered multiple rooms in the Hofhaus and Stammhaus, so we saw more of the hotel than most. Hotel Maier was fit for a one-night stopover. The place looks great; the team is wonderfully personable and proactive. Then you reach the rooms. The curtains were too small for the window...

Room was extremely dated. Glad there was air conditioning. Walls were very thin, could hear the TV from another room at 5am. You had to book the steam room in advance. This wasn't conveyed to us so when my partner went to the steam room, it was off. Mr. Leobilla who was our waiter was great. The female waitress was good too. Receptionists were friendly as well.

The rooms are nice and spacious. My only complain is that breakfast is mediocre at best, but not bad by any means.

Hotel Maier offers a great location near Lake Constance, clean and comfortable rooms, and panoramic views. The staff is cooperative and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing visit!

Basically, it may have been a good hotel in the past, but the overall management and cleanliness need to be improved. In addition, the parking fee is really too high. 25.4 euros is really a bit exaggerated.

Great week at Lake Constance Lake Constance is a wonderful area for vacations. The Plaza Hotel in Friedrichshafen is located a bit outside of downtown. Its a hotel with breakfast only. No restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times, more cars than spaces. Breakfast buffet was excellent every day. The service was pleasant/friendly.

Average stay, large room, good Corona breakfast, shower curtain hygiene not the best.

Excellent location. It's a few steps away from the pier. All kinds of restaurants and shops around you. A big supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Good clean room with enough space. Good breakfast. It was a pleasant 11 day business stay.

Stayed here for a work trip. Room was reasonably priced and comfortable enough. Bathroom was quite dated and cramped, but good service from the staff and decent breakfast served.

Close to the Promenade and in the main tourist area. Breakfast was fine. Didn't bother to cross the street to go to the room in the next building.

Small rooms. Old building. Was ok. Staff was friendly and courteous. There is a main building and another set of rooms in a building behind on the other street. I was in the second building.

Excellent hotel. Hotel offers free parking, spacious rooms, nice bar and restaurant aswell as a good choice continental breakfast. The only negative is the room i was staying in did not have air conditioning but apart from this i had a great stay

Super great garden restaurant (I can't judge more) Friendly, very tasty food, crispy salads: simply TOPP! Despite the large number of guests and the additional celebration inside, everything was to our complete satisfaction! It was pure relaxation!

Great hotel with modern rooms with balcony and on 2 levels. Very nice and polite staff in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and if something was missing it was immediately refilled. We had dinner there 3 times and it was really tasty, I can recommend the pepper steak and fried potatoes.

Great pub and hotel. Food nice, do have a smoking area, I am not a smoker. But was OK for me. Nice atmosphere, the bar lady, waitress so efficient, was the most experienced I've come across in a very long time. Great job.

We enjoyed this hotel, which has easy access to Friedrichshafen, and isn’t far from Wangen i.Allgäu. Our room was nice, clean and warm, the bed was comfy, breakfast and dinner were good. There were lots of free parking on the site.

Very convenient location. Nearby are shops and cafes, and most importantly, close to the boats. The room was cold and there was no hot water pressure. There was no kettle or cups. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was the same as everywhere else, nothing special.

The hotel's location is great, right on the lake, and it's a maximum 15-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was modest and a bit repetitive, but it had everything necessary. I was promised a quiet room, but unfortunately, I only got a good night's sleep the first night. The second night, a neighbor was noisy, and the third night, there was constant noise in the hallway.
