Room OK except for the shower. Breakfast buffet, friendly service. Unfortunately, the reception is not manned all the time. There is also no in-house restaurant. The Italian restaurant has not existed since the weekend. There are hardly any guests here, very few stay longer.

Pretty run down, could use a refurbishment. The corners of the room were discolored yellow, in the bathroom joints were completely moldy, there was only cold water. Only the location is good and the staff was friendly

They were really very friendly and tried hard, but my room was freezing cold when I arrived. As soon as you climbed the stairs to the second floor, it got colder and colder. Likewise, the hallway in front of the rooms was there, which had no heating. The heating in the room itself could not compensate for that. The hotel was probably not busy, so it wasn't heated everywhere because I was the only one in the breakfast room for two days. Therefore, there was probably only baked rolls and stale bread.
It wouldn't have bothered me that the room had the charm of the 1960s with beige-brown towels, and my mattress was o.k. and it was clean. But the cold room was not okay. Even the top central location couldn't make up for that.

Unclean rooms and totally worn. Carpet is totally dirty, cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom is better than anything I've seen before - broken fittings, moldy joints, a bathtub completely yellowed by rusty water - and cleanliness is out of the question. The breakfast was also very minimalist - we are often in Wildbad but certainly never in this hotel again!
