Centro Hotel Boblingen, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Boblingen

I wouldn’t suggest going there , One of the receptionist was very rude . The room are okay the bathroom is definitely not good they need to do something about it , and the shower is so inconvenient it’s half glass and have curtains . I was staying there for a few days they only gave me 1 towels . And i had an emergency with work i had to leave and cut off my days in half I told the receptionist he told me to do it online i have tried contacting them for 4-5 days now to get a refund and they didn’t answer i contacted booking as well they still didn’t answer i don’t get how places like this are still in business

I do not recommend this hotel.

I booked a standard double room with a nice picture.

The room is also shown as pictured on the Centro website. Therefore, it cannot be a mistake on Trip.com's part.

I received an absolutely run-down single room.

Plus, pillows without pillowcases. Disgusting.

The toilet was revolting.

No resemblance whatsoever to the booked room.

Problem: No one at the hotel to contact. Upon arrival at 5:20 PM, I had to call a mobile number to retrieve a key card from the key safe.

When I inspected the room and called the mobile number, the woman said she was only a key safe service provider.

Trip.com tried to contact the hotel for an hour to clarify the situation. They gave up after an hour without success.

My attempt to contact the hotel's official phone number also went unanswered.

Even on the morning of my departure at 7:15 AM, there was no one at reception to clarify the situation. There was already a pile of room cards from departing guests.

The pictures show my booking and the room I received. For the hotel's information: I received room 409. The pictures I took of the red bed and the toilet are from that room.
