Rooms are old but comfortable and OK for a business grip. When we come to breakfast , it is poor and only packaged food. If you are late, you probably see nearly nothing and nobody cares about it. They should have ads something more fresh and reflect this to their prices, I think.

Nice hotel for short stay. It is comfortable, and the staff is very nice.

We checked in after hours. The instructions were very easy to follow. Our room had a nice view of the park. Staff was very friendly!

I was attending a congress in the Stadthalle located nearby, and I picked the hotel which was the closest and least expensive. I didn't need comfort, just a warm and tidy room to sleep and a bathroom to get ready for the upcoming day.
The receptionist was an agile guy with a sense of humor who called me up so that I check in in time. The room was clean and quiet with a nice view at a small river, the bath was updated, the bed clean and comfortable, so just right for me. Didn't order breakfast because I ate a lot at the congress already.
I got fresh for the next day, and it was a pleasure overall.

Well, well. Usually I give 4 or 5 ⭐. But this hotel is okay and not more. It is old-fashioned and I heard some rooms are updated. Not the one I had. The nicest thing to say was that the bathroom was updated. And the breakfast was good. Even the service was barely average. A bit like they heard too many complaints and prefer not to speak with you at all. My bedroom was big, the carpet seemed clean as the bedding did. BUT there was a disgusting DIRTY old head board. Oily with some hairs of strangers. If you care mainly for price and location it might work.

Perfect location out of city centre but still close to it. Good options for those who wants to be close (in a walking distance) to the restaurants & bars and to the nature as well. Some rooms have balcony. Wi-fi is tragic. Very often doesn't work, if yes it is very slow, almost useless. And I was there three times in a different rooms.

A place with the charm of the 80ties. Rooms are spacious but look like time warped from the 80ties. However the bathrooms are renovated. The place is very quiet and you can get a good rest here. Breakfast is good with a variety of scrambled eggs, franks, cheese, sausage, bread, rolls, cereals, yogurt, juice etc. You won't need lunch after the breakfast.
