We were satisfied. Appreciate the nearby parking and the very city center locality of the hotel, we could go for walk after our arrival, everything was very close.

The staff was at booking and also at the reception were unfreudlich.
The room is very noisy. Quiet rooms cost extra.
The toilet paper, the increase in "Recycling toilet would have been a paper".
To the best of your toilet paper have to bring your own.
The iron is in the fourth floor should be best to use without water, or the shirt the night before and iron it so that it can dry.

I just can't understand, why good Hotels (4-star) expect two adult people to sleep in beds of 1.50 - 1.60 m beds and with a ceiling cover.
Arguments:

Space savings: 20 cm wider beds would be without problems in our room
Cost savings: to wash it is necessary to Cover the purchase of a large blanket as well as 2 small
Saving time: is not to refer to a large ceiling easier than 2 small......
So why there are the small beds ?
Because it is the practice in some countries ? Must you deteriorate ?
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to obtain information about the width of the beds, neither on the website of Mercure, or other booking portals, you can book a wide bed.
Otherwise, we were with the Hotel very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well equipped ( up on the beds). Particularly convenient Parking in the adjacent car Park, instead of 10€ day price is only 6€ more than the Mercure.
The Breakfast is overpriced with 16€, we were already in many 4 or 5 star Hotels, although they have the same price but much more offered at Breakfast.
We are just opposite to the bakery for Breakfast, the offers for€ 6.95 a good Breakfast.

The room itself had not bemeckern. The location is also easy to reach. Only there is to complain about a slightly unfriendly Service.

I like the breakfast especially the fresh Croissant. The Croissant is the most delicious I have ever eaten.
Very Friendly Staff and the room felt like new. High quality and very fresh!
Comfortable place for an overnight stay. But expensive. Glad I was here for work visit. But not much to do in heilbronn so this was just an overnight stay. Didn't try the breakfast.
Incredibly helpful staff. I arrived in Heilbronn to find my actual hotel closed. The Mercure staff could not have been more helpful. Found me a room. Recommended a good restaurant. Helped me call my other hotel the next day. I would definitely recommend.
