There is a gym, two restaurants (one for dinner, the other for breakfast), secure parking, very good bathroom and good-sized bedroom…staff are multi-lingual and very helpful…only problem we had was with dinner restaurant but next time we’ll eat out…highly recommended.

Surprising hotel. Well equipped and clean. But the computer system requires you to wait as employees make phone calls to get basic requests approved, like a stay extension. The music in the corridors also makes the place feel nervous. It almost invites more noise in the corridors. In a hotel. Same topic: sleep. Air conditioning was set at a certain level, so couldn’t turn down. Shower level was also set to just warm and couldn’t take a hot shower.

Arrived early morning 2am, booked online but it hadn’t registered with the hotel. Good deal hotel for 1 or 2 business nights. Would not stayed longer. Room was lets say OK, bathroom needs improvements. Staff was nice, breakfast was ok too.

Great hotel with nice cosy rooms.

Very nice breakfast and located close to Neckarsulm Restaurants! The rooms are not nice any more and urgently need a make over. Cleaning only on request, which is one thing you do not want to care about on a business trip. The staff was always nice and supportive.

There is no king size matrasse, only 2 separate bed, which was not comfy.

In a great location in Neckarsulm and easy to reach by bike, the hotel scores with a great atmosphere and furnishings. The rooms are clean and friendly furnished. The beer tastes great and the food is more than plentiful and at fair prices. Everything is served by nice and friendly conditions. And in the morning the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired... gladly again...

Property was overall in good condition with a friendly staff. The parking was tight and in competition with other businesses.

Average quality hotel, clean rooms, internet works, breakfast quite good. It's far from the city center, but there are grocery stores nearby. Low rating because of what happened to me at the hotel. I had a fridge in the room, I plugged it in and put some groceries in. The next day when I came back from work the fridge was turned off. The staff didn't check if there was anything inside. There is a public area just in front of the hotel property where a sort of "techno-party" was hosted until 1:00AM. Our room was located on that side of the building. We asked the staff to switch our room and they told us they were "fully booked", which sounds like a terrible excuse because there were only 5 cars in the parking lot, a single employee at sight and just a couple other guests the next...

This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling....

The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you are not informed that if you stay for 4 days, the room will not be cleaned or the towels changed unless you ask for it. It is a shame that hotels now see this as standard. Very nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch. Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

It's fairly close to bus and tram stops. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Self-service check-in is required; no counter service. The room does not have a kettle.

Plenty of space for our family - appreciated the extra beds in the Family room

We were satisfied. Appreciate the nearby parking and the very city center locality of the hotel, we could go for walk after our arrival, everything was very close.

Incredibly helpful staff. I arrived in Heilbronn to find my actual hotel closed. The Mercure staff could not have been more helpful. Found me a room. Recommended a good restaurant. Helped me call my other hotel the next day. I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast in this hotel is extremely good. It is made with love by Ingeborg. A good breakfast is important, because it is the start of the day. Rooms in front, on the first floor are noisy from the people talking on the street. Beds are good.

A very good 3star hotel. Decent breakfast collections. English speaking people at the reception are not so fluent. But they make sure you have pleasant stay. If you arrive late in the evening make sure you can check your mail, usually the drop the keys in place along with information how to collect it. Save the number of the hotel owner to be on the safer side.

Spent a week here to visit the Sinsheim Technik Museum and other sights around the Neckar valley. The rooms were clean and they come with the view on the Neckar. Park hotel is roomy, clean and newer. There is more than ample onsite parking and the staff is accommodating, professional and friendly. The room was very well done with a large modern bath with walkin shower.

Very good stay in the hotel, the only problem was no airco. This made it very hard to sleep but that doesn't rly matter (there are rooms with airco), we went to the nearby pizzeria, that offers more than just pizza, the food was very good. The next morning we ate breakfast at the hotel all I can say was that there was a lot of choice and all of it was really good!

Hotel is located in the city 15-17 mins walk to the main station. There is a super mrkt 6-7 mins walk away. No restaurants nearby but not to worry as the hotel has a good restaurant within. Breakfast is normal but fulfilling. Staff is super cool and supportive.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Italy. Parking is easy and costs 5 euro per night. Our room was large and modern. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. Heilbronn is okay for one night but not very interesting or pretty.

They keep the rooms super clean, which is appreciated. Very close to the station, the reception covers a variety of languages. Its breakfast is good in general and the price per night is the average in the region.

We spent one night here on our way to Strasbourg and it met our expectations. The interior is very nice, rooms are clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended.

We stayed at B&B for several nights and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and tasted very fresh. The layout of the family room allowed for plenty of space and was a comfortable get away.

I booked a room for a four, for my brother‘s family. It was a perfect location and the room was bit small but reasonably good for a couple with two teenagers.

This stay was the best in my life. This warm-hearted and loving atmosphere created by my hosts gave me the feeling that I wasn't just a hotel guest. It felt more like visiting good friends. Staying in this hotel was like visiting the family. The atmosphere of the old theatre was unforgettable; I will love to experience a jazz night there next time. Oli and his partner are so lovely, kind and professional. The room with an Asian theme was spotless and bed comfortable, which was necessary after 9 hours of riding a motorbike that day.
