Hogh Hotel Heilbronn in Heilbronn

Outrageous owner - absolute No-Go!!!
I was already a few times in the Hogh Hotel Heilbronn, and can only advise against it. The owner of a Hotel, the tract by an attractive location and affordable prices, is an absolute No-Go.
Here is a listing of various incidents in the last few months:
1. Regular bookings have been confirmed via e-Mail were not found, on the day of departure "in the System". After repeated Demands and show the E-Mail, the booking showed up.
2. A room has been double booked, and a highly intoxicated man standing in the Middle of the night with a young colleague in the room. When she wanted to leave completely scared the next day, the Hotel Hogh, not only on the full price for the night, but even on the payment of the coming night.
3. Regularly the employees drink together with the owner late into the night in front of the door. Even hotel guests were turned away while the employees have been drinking on the grounds that the terrace is not enough space.
4. Hotel guests will be addressed by an obviously heavily drunk owner in a completely unprofessional and inappropriate manner.
5. A generally completely unprofessional behavior of the owner (statement: "I'm the Boss and I decide where I drink.")
6. Reservations will be dissolved, without this was informed to the guests directly.
7. Blatant lies and accusations towards the guests by the owner by E-Mail.
8. Many other small points (fridge broken, Elevator broken, heavy room service, errors in billing, room key defect, and more).

Conclusion: to Me it happens never. I can only avoid this Hotel with a large bow! Sufficient Alternatives are there in Heilbronn for little money.

So I stayed here in the summer of 2015. Admittedly, on a warm day. But the room on the third floor was more of an oven. The next Morning, what I anyway. Parking for a bigger car, approx. 100m away and the Parking meter must be fed constantly. And the Internet is very very slow. I'm not going to stay here for the night.
