Very good Room was lovely but very hot , one fan to cook a family room in 35 degree heat was not sufficient. Room was clean and restaurant was exceptional- it’s a shame it’s closed on Tuesday and Wednesday (2 out of 4 nights of our stay)

This property is spotless, staff super friendly, delicious breakfast included and the attached restaurant was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

I booked a non smoking room and all of my clothes smelled as if I would be a chainsmoker after my stay. When I arrived I was told there was recently a break in attempt. So I did not feel too secure back then, though nothing happened during my stay. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

We were looking for a dog-friendly hotel. We found this one online and booked it. Upon arrival, a very unfriendly staff member informed us that pets were not allowed. This immediately presented a problem for us. After a lengthy discussion, our dog was eventually allowed to stay for an additional charge of €20. We would have preferred a friendlier and more understanding welcome.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast Everything was very clean and amazing. The host was very gracious and let us into our room early. The room has a FRIDGE! Unheard of in Germany. We went to Europa Park and this hotel was walking distance . The front desk employees were very nice and accommodating. We arrived a bit early and they allowed us to check in early. The rooms are upstairs , but nice and clean. Bathroom was nice too. Breakfast was included and was really good ! A mini buffet ! I highly recommend this hotel !

Second time we stayed at this Hotel. Close to entrance Europa Park through the Hotel Bell Rock. Lidl and Edeka and a Bakery close by! Apartment big enough to sleep 7 people, with Kitchen and a small terrace. Only one bathroom though! And the shower sets everything under water in the bathroom. I did not know I had to pay extra for parking. On booking.com at first sight it looks like parking is free, but it is not included so it was a hidden cost for me. Other than that this is a very nice hotel and I would definitely recommend it

If you need a place to stay after a long day at Europa park this is a great spot. It has friendly staff, clean rooms , a grocery store across the street, even a winery 3 kilometers away and a very good Italian restaurant next door. Whatever you do though do t accept two keys , if you lose one or your kid does they will charge you a crazy 20 euros. One key is enough , do not accept 2nd.

Everything was great except the hand towels. How much does it cost to replace hand towels? I would have happily rated 4 or even 5, if the hand towels in the shower did not look like old worn out rugs. Some rooms have windows opening to restaurant side but if we close the windows, there is no noise. Ample parking space available in front and behind the hotel (free). I like this Hotel, for room, proximity to Trsin Station, and restaurant below, with nice patio. Unfortunately, they do not seem to work very coordinated, and restaurant service is not very nice according to who attends you. Some of personal are very rude.
