The cleanliness wasn't good.
And the next morning, I had absolutely no peace and quiet – the housekeeping staff kept trying to open the door, even though they could see that someone was in the room and that it was occupied. They tried to get in several times while I was there. It was very disruptive.
We have been in B&B hotels of Bonn West and Dortmund Airport and they had comfortable beds, but this hotels beds where very uncomfortable ((((
Overall hotel was clean and good,but the beds should be improved...
This Hotel was of the highest standard in everything, the staff were helpful and very friendly.
