The receptionist lady was not kind and I felt that she doesn’t want to take care of my problem. WI-fi was not available but she didn't help. Moreover, she couldn't speak english though the language was said possible to use.

The hotel is in a great location downtown in a pedestrian zone. It's very clean and quiet. The room was a little small, and I wish there was A/C or a fan as the nights were warm. I would definitely return.

Great location! Easy walk to Ludwigsburg palace and Pumpkinfest. In shopping district and next door to the mall.
Lots of dining options!
The staff were friendly. The room was clean
Good for a weekend.
Parking is in the Mall garage.
The only con was no lift so, travel light.

Small cozy hotel in the historical center of the town. Parkhouse (in the nearest mall) with non-stop parking option is just few steps from the place. The room was nice and clean, inside temperature was just perfect. The stuff is very helpful.

Nice hotel at a good location. Basicall in the centre of Ludwigsburg, a big shopping mall is right beside the hotel and the train station is in walking range (10 min maybe). We went in summer and despite the room not having an AC, it was still nice inside. There was no view, which was not so bad considering the room was nice, clean and functional. We took a room with no fridge or mini bar, but we didn't pay attention when taking the reservation, so that one's on us :) They serve breakfast, but we didn't use the feature. The staff is kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

Great clean hotel. Staff have excellent customer service and helpful. Very centrally located, directly opposite a mall.

We stayed almost a week in this nice and quiet hotel. Room was clean with a new furniture. One of the best things about this hotel is its location - right in the city center, opposite of the big shopping mall. Castle and most of the tourist attractions are within a walking distance from hotel. Stuff was really helpful and recommended us what is worth visiting in the city and its vicinity. If you’re staying in Ludwigsburg I can only recommend this hotel.
