the room was for two People but was small

The hotel was easy to find using in car navigation. Staff were good to work with & accommodating . Room is slightly smaller but adequate for two for a night. Property was spotless, breakfast was well presented & tasty selections available even for us non European.
Only critique, couple of extra pillows & non slip mat in the shower would be appreciated.

While the room was clean, it’s very barebones As others mentioned, no kettle, one pillow each on two tiny single beds pushed together, a giant bathroom with nowhere to put your toiletries and the shower drain in the center of the room. What most disappointed me was their response to the heating not working in our room. It was unseasonably cold and rainy for September and I didn’t bring enough warm clothes. After coming in from the cold, it would have been nice to be able to warm up in the room, instead of huddling under the blankets. A complaint to staff yielded no follow up, even after they promised to look into it. When I asked again, they were still „looking into it.“ How they were able to do that without sending anyone to the room, I have no idea. I didn’t ask a third time.

Last time I visited I stayed at Ginn City, next time I‘ll stay there again. It’s a better location, and the staff act like they care. „Easy checkout“ at B & B means no one has to ask you if you enjoyed your stay, so I‘m letting them know here I did not. And someone should fix the heating in room 406 before winter.

Team, was SUPER helpful and honest. The people working found out son's watch, helped us on sending it back home! Really appreciate a place where people is honest and helpful!

-Although the hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from the train station, there are only construction sites and commercial buildings along the way, and there is a tunnel. It is very quiet and no one is there. Travelers who arrive after dark should be careful.
-There was a problem with the check-in system when we arrived and it took a long time to deal with it, but the staff was friendly and polite, so I didn't mind too much.
-The room is tidy, but there is no electric kettle, no tissue paper, and of course no refrigerator, coffee machine... etc., only a TV and a hairdryer.
The overall feeling is average.

My room is clean and tidy. The hotel did not provide a kettle so I could not have hot drink in my room. The hotel is a bit far from the train station when I have two 20 kgs- luggages with me. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for my friends.

My recent stay at the B&B hotel in Ravensburg was fantastic. The staff was courteous, the room was cozy, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The price was good too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ravensburg.

Wonderful rooms, HUGE spacious bathroom and shower. One downside though is that all the smokers hang out right in front of the only entryway which really makes it difficult for someone with asthma or COPD. Not too non smoker friendly in that aspect. Thankfully all rooms are non smoking, so that's really appreciated. If they would fix the smoking issue this place would be just about perfect. I was visiting Ravensburg for a Praktikum there.
