My friend and I used the late check-in directly at the entrance, and were very pleased with how easy the booking was. We were able to pay by card and immediately got our room number. The room and bathroom facilities were very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very quick service, check in is straightforward and easy. The reception speaks good English, and helped me check in really fast. Rooms were clean and nice. Overall, a pleasant experience!

There is serious number of the complaining s about your hotel.
People from reception is working parallel in the kitchen and opposite. So, line of guests waiting their services other in reception or in breakfast.
Nobody told us that we should put some stupid code, so we have cleaning of the room.
I complain on this but the young girl on the reception desk didn't do nothing until another person next morning explain us everything.

Breakfast was “fast and furious” system. If you walk up earlier enough you might have something for the breakfast. There was missing basic things like yogurt. Some other things are missing in 08.30 in the mornings. Eggs are not cooked. Juice is missing or if it is there any you must pressing like idiot to achieve 2dcl of juice. Explanation is that nobody was taking enough food for so big numbers of the guests. We bought our rooms at least 2 months in advance. Hotel should prepare themself.
Heating in the room doesn't work. Temperature was below appropriate. Parking issue I will not mention.

Honestly, I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and had a very relaxing vibe. The staff was nice and made everything easy. It felt like a stress-free escape for a bit. I’d definitely come back again.

Very good hotel cost-quality ratio-wise for 1-2 nights as tourists or in transit or when for business in surrounding industrial park. Uncovered gated car park €10 per day. A 10-minute walk to the train station and 15 minute walk to the centre, using the pedestrian tunnel under the Voith building. Be aware that walking from the hotel the entrance to this tunnel is ‘hidden’ with a staircase in the corner of the building, opposite Steinzeit. Coming from the train station the entrance is under the highest white building with the Voith logo on top, immediately next to the guard.

the room was for two People but was small

13.11.2024 Tim

The hotel was easy to find using in car navigation. Staff were good to work with & accommodating . Room is slightly smaller but adequate for two for a night. Property was spotless, breakfast was well presented & tasty selections available even for us non European.
Only critique, couple of extra pillows & non slip mat in the shower would be appreciated.

15.09.2024 Danielle

While the room was clean, it’s very barebones As others mentioned, no kettle, one pillow each on two tiny single beds pushed together, a giant bathroom with nowhere to put your toiletries and the shower drain in the center of the room. What most disappointed me was their response to the heating not working in our room. It was unseasonably cold and rainy for September and I didn’t bring enough warm clothes. After coming in from the cold, it would have been nice to be able to warm up in the room, instead of huddling under the blankets. A complaint to staff yielded no follow up, even after they promised to look into it. When I asked again, they were still „looking into it.“ How they were able to do that without sending anyone to the room, I have no idea. I didn’t ask a third time.

Last time I visited I stayed at Ginn City, next time I‘ll stay there again. It’s a better location, and the staff act like they care. „Easy checkout“ at B & B means no one has to ask you if you enjoyed your stay, so I‘m letting them know here I did not. And someone should fix the heating in room 406 before winter.

Team, was SUPER helpful and honest. The people working found out son's watch, helped us on sending it back home! Really appreciate a place where people is honest and helpful!

-Although the hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from the train station, there are only construction sites and commercial buildings along the way, and there is a tunnel. It is very quiet and no one is there. Travelers who arrive after dark should be careful.
-There was a problem with the check-in system when we arrived and it took a long time to deal with it, but the staff was friendly and polite, so I didn't mind too much.
-The room is tidy, but there is no electric kettle, no tissue paper, and of course no refrigerator, coffee machine... etc., only a TV and a hairdryer.
The overall feeling is average.
