Check in was a breeze. As an American who only speaks some German, the concierge was extremely helpful, and even upped my room to a dopplezimmer because of my height (much appreciated).

Staff was very helpful, the room was very nice and clean. The location is across the street from the train station, so perfect location and the breakfast is amazing!

Amaizing staff with slight downside of room /bed
It was great overall, but the bed / pillow was somehow not the most comfortable. Due to diagonal bed in room there was no possibility to sit on the bed and at night also I didnt sleep well. The staff was amazing and very supportive, even exchange of pillow is also possible but I wasnt getting good sleeping ergonomic.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast, parking right out front. Friendly service.

Hotel is excellent but the shower door has only half door, so while taking a shower a lot of water comes out on the floor of the bathroom.
