We were hiking in the black forest and needed a hotel for the night. The owners (a famaliy) welcomed us with the most excellent service and provided an appartment as all hotel rooms were fully booked. The appartment was newly built and had the highest standards, equipped with everything. After eating and sleeping there, the boss of the family brought us back to the hiking trail next morning in his private car. He said that he is also prepared to pick up tourists or hikers from where they tell him. Excellent service, just perfect! To be recommenden!

The hotel has its charm, it is a family hotel, and it is evident that they operate it with love. The staff is very friendly and the swimming pool was very good (a bit cold but enjoyable). The proximity to the park is nice, especially with children because the playgrounds are very nice. Hotel is pet-friendly, which is important for us.

We ate the afternoonbuffet at the Rebstock Hotel. The service was excellent, very friendly. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety!

Lovely place to stay, nice rooms, great restaurant and very friendly staff. Shame that the restaurant isn't open daily - atleast inform your visitors about this!

The room was very warm with no fan and no ac. The bed was very uncomfortable. I did not get decent sleep.

Ok food, ok service for Ok prices. Nothing too special, but then again German cuisine is just that: Nothing too special. Did not stay here, just enjoyed a nice dinner. As such can’t comment on the hotel.

Best thing first: really, really good food!
But, at least at the moment, you gotta bring a lot of patience. Way understaffed, so even placing an order can take quite a while, let alone having it on the table. We weren't in a hurry so we didn't mind at all, especially as we saw everyone was working a s fast as they could, and the food was utterly delicious (we went twice, had Gnocchi, 2 different Pizzas and Cannelloni Bolognese), so in our eyes way worth the wait.
You can also call ahead and order it for take away.

Great service, awesome food, terrific prices. Waitstaff was super friendly, and we got our order quickly after a long day of hiking...and by the looks of the take out orders flying out the door, it must be popular with the locals
