A lovely hotel in a superb location for access to Lakes and mountains. It is fairly remote so good for peace and quiet but not much in the way of nightlife. Some staffing issues meant that the dining service was slow and the bar wasn't attended to properly. However, the quality of food and drink was very good. We had a wonderful weekend in the mountains as a family of 4. Our kids loved the KidsClub, the care givers were super sweet and friendly, and offered colouring and crafts that kept our kids entertained while my husband went to the gym and I went on a quick hike. We were a family of 9 with 4 rooms. One room was very small, two were ok, and the fourth was lovely. No elevator. No AC, but nights were cool with windows open.

I loved it that my room had a door and windows that you can open wide and let the mountain air fill your room. Staff was efficient, helpful and polite. The location is great with the minor downside that from my room the view was on the parking lot first and the forests second.

The staff and facilities were perfect. Was was there for a work retreat and it was perfect.

I have visited many places, but the service of this hotel was really better than all of them. When we arrived at the hotel, the friends at the reception accompanied us to our room and gave information about what we could do in the surrounding area. There were delicious meals in the hotel restaurant, we filled our stomachs at affordable prices.

I can say with all sincerity that it is the best hotel you can stay in if you are in the Bavaria region. There is a wonderful view around the hotel, this was our favorite place of our summer vacation. Next year we will come here with all our friends.

Very cool hotel, perfect global taste of breakfast for everyone.

If you are visiting, I would reccomend it for families. My family did not stay here , but we are their. The food was very good(big meals) and it was inspired by Austrian, italian and german. I especially liked the playground it offered for the smaller children. The parents could be sitting and chatting while not having to worry about their child.

Apart from main building you find this flat (underground + ground level), all in all the room is clean and acceptable for 2 nights stay but some things can be easily improved: we had no clear info on how to access the flat forced ventilation is not working in both “blind” toilets English is not spoken by the staff
