Top breakfast The breakfast is great! Even though I've traveled a lot, I have to admit, the breakfast is actually better than some well-known hotel chains; locals also come for breakfast.

The hotel is at a great hillside location in a quiet area. You can't even hear the street nearby. Owner and staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I stayed at this hotel for a short trip with my boyfriend. We were absolutely amazed by the friendliness of the owner and the delicious dishes! Here you can relax and recover from everyday life. The rooms are very spacious and friendly furnished. The works of art on the walls of the owner's niece give the ambience something very special. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back!

Idyllic location and the loveliest welcome from staff whilst we were on a concert tour round Europe. Not all hotels welcome us so warmly and it makes such a difference. The view from the room was gorgeous, great facilities (wellness centre and pool!), lovely breakfast- would recommend!

The hotel is in a quiet location on the outskirts of town. This is particularly advantageous if you have a dog, as there is a small forest and the Saußbachklamm gorge just around the corner. This place LITERALLY closes down at 22:00. The staff all go home AND TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS!! You are forced to go to bed at that time! Absurd, in my opinion.

Clean, quiet location, lovely landscape, outdoor terrace, friendly staff. After 12 hours of driving, I was late with check-in, but the staff was kind and left the keys at the reception regardless of the time I arrived.

Rooms are very cozy, very comfortable and are being cleaned every day,also you can place a corresponding sign to request an extra cleaning while you are not home. Location is little bit far from the centre,but the outstanding transportation systems makes it bearable . A one night stay. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Couldn't find a lift anywhere so carrying luggage up and down 2 floors kept me fit lol The hotel is a little way out of Passau by car but is in pleasant countryside. Car park was full when we arrived , but that was due to one part being closed because a tree was being cut down. In the restaurant the food was good and a varied menu.

We got here early in the a.m. and the lady at the reception was very friendly , helpful and offered us to keep our luggage if we wanted to go to town. We were treated like friends and she made sure our room was done asap.

Very happy with my experience at this hotel. Very charming and peaceful in a good location with clean, adequate rooms with charming furniture. The small room was efficient and perfect for myself. This is a nice comfortable hotel on the river, Danube. It is in the same building as the glass museum. The decor and furniture are old style. They have different categories of rooms. Depending on size. We har the smallest and it was really good. It was possible to park my motorcycle outside. It is street parking. Stayed here twice.

Turns out the hotel only has laundry services so they wash your clothes for you but charges 1-6 Euros per piece! Located probably a 15 minute walk from the centre, the location is nice. I chose this as it had parking and I wanted somewhere secure for my motorbike, but they charge €20 to park so may as well stay in the centre and pay to park. The room was nice, and breakfast was reasonable.

For the price and location i would definitely recommend. Only minutes 15 walk to the Veste Oberhaus, docks and 3 minutes to Passua Hbf its perfect for a night or two. Beds, toliet and shower were clean and comfortable. Bottle water, tea and coffee provided and a great a spot inside where you can leave luggage before collecting key. It tells Self Chek-in Service but you need to call first the hotel for the access code for you to get the key. They didn’t give the access code in advance at-least 2-3 hours prior to Check-in Time so that when you already at the location it is easier for the guest to do Self-Check. What if the customer doesn’t have internet yet. Thankfully the City have free wifi so that it can call for free via internet

I am writing a review to commend the staff of this hotel when I was in need of assistance they stepped up and were wonderful. The young woman at the front desk was terrific! I cannot say enough good things about her. The hotel was very clean and the location was good.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom is big by European standards and the towels were large and soft. The sheets and duvets on the beds were luxurious! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet had all the standard items for a truly Continental feast. The only reason for the 4 star overall rating is, as is standard in Europe, no air-conditioning...

This is an excellent hotel with easy access to old town. The rooms are well appointed with all of the amenities including wireless Internet access. We found the hosts warm and friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and wonderful selection of breads.

The hotel was conveniently accessible by car and offered ample free parking. The reception was warm and welcoming, with a lovely touch of cake and a chocolate cookie on arrival. Additionally, they provided a water dispenser and complimentary coffee at the reception area. 😊 The rooms were slightly smaller than average but provided sufficient space for the two of us, and the heating worked perfectly...

My overall experience was ok. The room was pretty small and the carpet was very dirty. Thankfully the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was properly cleaned. You could hear the noise from outside very clearly which was irritating when a car-alarm went off a couple a times during one of the nights… The breakfast was ok but could absolutely be better.

Amazing county side hotel near Bavarian Forest. Although we were there only for lunch and did not yet stay in the hotel itself. They have a great german/bavarian food variation with tables to sir inside and also outside. Very friendly staff and the place is also amazing for children to play around. Will be back again soon.

Beautiful scenery around the hotel, the staff is great but there is a real problem with acoustics between rooms. And when the sun breaks into your room at 6am, despite the curtains, it is not great.
