This chain hotel offers great service and a full range of facilities. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby which is very convenient.

There is a Rewe Express and a petrol station near the hotel, and parking is $3 Euro a night (7pm-7am). The shower water pressure is enough so that it won't be cold and hot at times. Breakfast included, and quite rich

We arrived late in the afternoon and had not booked ahead but were greeted by an affable and very helpful man called Niclolai. This was our third stay this year. It is a real gem and we will always come back to this great hotel whenever driving between our homes in Italy and Denmark. We can’t recommend this place highly enough, do you self a favour and experience this place for your self

We stayed at the Hotel Happinger Hof for two nights. We only learnt about Rosenheim when we realised that staying in Munich just before New Year's Eve was prohibitively expensive, and so we looked for an alternative. What a great discovery! Very cool hotel, perfect global taste of breakfast for everyone.

If you are visiting, I would reccomend it for families. My family did not stay here , but we are their. The food was very good(big meals) and it was inspired by Austrian, italian and german. I especially liked the playground it offered for the smaller children. The parents could be sitting and chatting while not having to worry about their child.

Had a lovely room with a balcony it was a perfect 10 nights and the surrounding area is amazing.

Not very practical, but very friendly staff My 1 bed room was ok but very practical. The bathroom was very tiny, the sink just a “wc corner sink”, so it was hard to wash face and clean teeth… My window was direction main road, so it become very loud in the morning. The hotel would be ok for 50-60€, which was not my case, i paid almost double. I found it overpriced. However, the staff was very helpful...

Apart from main building you find this flat (underground + ground level), all in all the room is clean and acceptable for 2 nights stay but some things can be easily improved: we had no clear info on how to access the flat forced ventilation is not working in both “blind” toilets English is not spoken by the staff

Couldn't open the window during the night as very noisy outside. Uncomfortable soft bed. Cold during the night as room didn't have a warm cover bed.

Good service, high standards, great location in city center. Overall a good choice if ypu plan to visit Rosenheim. Location is right in the city center, 3 minutes walk and you have all the terase and city center acces. I do recomand. Price not cheap but also not expenceive for what it has to offer

The hotel's location is very good, as is its cleanliness. However, it lacked basic toiletries typical of hotels of this class, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps. What was particularly jarring was the wake-up call of "Housekeeping," which the cleaning staff used to knock on every door at 9:00 a.m. After being half-asleep and turned away, guests had the pleasure of hearing their loud...

Cleanliness wasn't really satisfactory. The towels were so sticky that we had to change several times. There's no on-site parking, and the staff aren't particularly knowledgeable about nearby parking options. Breakfast was great.

We think the windows need screens. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The central location is ideal for a visit to Rosenheim, close to both the city center and the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it was very hot, I would have appreciated air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room. I will choose this hotel again the next time I visit Rosenheim.

Clean hotel with good breakfast in rural local. Exceptionally clean hotel in a rural area. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but we found one (only) other place to eat in this farm location. Gino’s pizza. Great food, 8 minutes walk. Good hotel for one night but is remote and our room was on the busy street so noisy. No AC that we could see. Room had a fan but got stuffy (Sept) with windows...

Stayed just the one night but we were very much made welcome. Didn't get up for breakfast sadly. Too drunk the night before!!

We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring the area and we loved it! The staff is absolutely Pro. ALL STAFF! From rooms, to breakfast, to the restaurant dinner staff... Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We stayed in 2 different rooms and they were very cozy, clean, comfortable. The beds and bathrooms were amazing. Full perfect breakfast and smart assigned seating. Parking was easy...

We booked this hotel for one night when driving through Germany to get to Croatia. The hotel is very pretty in traditional Bavarian style. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was great and the food even better, with an Erdinger beer of course:)) Only downside was the fact that the room did not have airconditioning. Since it was quite warm at night, it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep. But...

The location is good, close to the train station, general amenities, and a general breakfast.

Room good, but mark on one of the bed sheets. Reception guy was very abrupt and unwelcoming. Handy for station, but next time ill give the new premier inn down the road a try.

The hotel is nice and clean, right next to Rosenheim train station. Parking is available in the adjacent parking lot. Inform the front desk about parking and use the machine to print your parking card, which gives you a discount and allows you to enter and exit repeatedly. It costs 12 euros per night.

I stopped by here on my way to Innsbruck, and the location was fantastic. It's right next to the train station. The air conditioning worked well, and I was satisfied with the price. There are many trains to Munich, and it took about an hour to get to Innsbruck. I spent 5-6 hours exploring Munich, and even though I came back in the evening, the area near the station was safe and pleasant.
