Alpina Hotel in Rosenheim

Never again! Pre check-in comms was great and I had hopes that it’s going to be a pleasant experience despite the 3 stars. Found key in key box however when opening the door other guests had already occupied it. Called the number shown at the reception and a guy showed up confused about the news. He left for the back room only to come back shortly afterwards asking for my phone as his didn’t work (?really?). I called the number he gave me and spoke to someone else who offered an apartment in their apartment hotel. I kept asking whether there are no more rooms available in the hotel as it’s only for 1 night. All of a sudden the guy angrily pulls out two keys and storms towards the first, opens it and then rushes to the second room. He barks at me to stop the phone call and I shall choose one of the rooms. I travel a lot internationally but never have I experienced such rudeness and aggression. I took the second room which was further away from the reception. Really didn’t want to be anywhere near him. Next day the (different) staff at the breakfast room and check out were friendly and apologized. I told them about how aggressive the receptionist was the day before and that he is absolutely not qualified for the job. Other than that the hotel is decent - room 8 has a tiny corner sink in the bathroom but for 1 night does the trick. Service, however, is a make or break for me which is why this one is a ‘never again’.

Dirty hotel, dirty laundry. I do not advise . They serve old food for breakfast. The kitchen is not clean. I've never seen a worse place. The owner is rude. Disgusting place. And the place is not conveniently located either. The cleaning is not high quality and the bed is stained.

This place is so bad, so unprofessional, and really difficult to check into. There is rarely a staff person at the desk and theobby is gross. It's also very unclear that this is a separate hotel from the other Alpina Home. Do not book here unless you're desperate. It's not a well run place. The location is also terrible for accessing the city and there's nothing around to eat. Really bad. They also don't give refunds under any circumstances.

Paid 74 euro for a less than 10 sqm. room. Old and outdated room interior. Unfriendly lady owner. Wrong value for money ratio. Select another hotel in Rosenheim as there are various alternatives.

Unrude , small rooms , on the phone got info there is a park plaće for trucks , but i barely parked with a van and a Trailer . Very BAD
