The directions to third floor rooms was rather confusing at first. You could not take the elevator to the ground floor after normal operating hours. Breakfast was great.

This place was excellent ! We had a business lunch outdoor and could please even our vegetarian colleagues with some tasty dish. It was that good that we decide to go there again in the evening. Pulled chicken burger with pineapple would be my recommandation. Don’t forget to book a table if you want be eat there for sure ! We were here for one night as we visited for a Culinary Event, the "Everyone" in straßkirchen. Rooms are newly renovated, clean, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Despite location to the main road, didn't noticed much. The staff is very friendly! The Breakfast buffet is small but fine! Very good rolls from the best Baker in Bavaria: Steinleitner! We have already booked again.

Auto check in. You do it yourself. Pretty nice. Afterwards you get the key and that's it. If you need a place to just go and sleep without any long processes this is the place.

Great accommodation and amenities. A train station is currently being built right next to the hotel. The only criticism was the ants that were coming out of the bottom of the door panel and gathering in the room.

Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the double room had two 90cm beds. Check-in was possible at any time using the automated check-in machine, which was cool, and parking with a charging station was free.

What a wonderful place to stay over. Friendly, helpful staff - and probably the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Situated in a very quiet, almost farm-like setting. It is very basic but one has everything that one would need. I can definitely recommend it!

It's a relatively old hotel, so be prepared for the facilities to be dated. However, you can tell that the renovations were quite meticulous back then; it's a relic of a bygone era. The service was quite good, and the price was reasonable.

The hotel is centrally located. Under the hotel is a large public parking garage, so ideally for travellers by car. When you walk outside of the door you are at the central market. The rooms are simple but spacious. This time we did not take the breakfast.

A Great hotel in the great town of Straubing Great hotel, right in the historical center, walking distance from the train station (with a backpack, not a suitcase, that is), taxi, bus, main museums and the cafe that makes and serves Agnes Bernauer torte. If arriving after 11pm, contact the hotel beforehand and the arrangements will be made. Make sure you have breakfast included!

Interesting concept, appealing ambiance – the dark tones take some getting used to, but nothing that would deter us from a return visit. What we believe urgently needs improvement, however, is the attitude of the staff towards their actual employer: the guest. All stuff was so friendly, the room was so modern and nice- all nice clean and the room aroma was nice. Bedding was mega comfortable.. Tv and everything modern and easy. I travel a lot and this was so far my best place to stay.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in one of the four penthouse suites (Villa Boutique Suite). These are located in the new extension. Check-in was friendly; we were even able to check in two hours early, and robes and slippers were provided in our room. All I can say about the suite is that it is incredibly stylish and modern. I stayed last week in the hotel for two days. The location is quite good because it is only 15 minutes by walk from the central station. Also it is ideal location for those who wants to visit BMW plant. Only they need to improve their breakfast menu as they have only limited option. The other rooms and cleaness are pretty well. Also the Italian restaurant is only 2 mins by walk and Indian restaurant...

I liked a lot this small, cosy hotel. The location is perfect for the people who works in BMW plant, it takes 15 minute to walk in. There are quite a few things around like shops, cinema and restaurants. Staff is friendly. The breakfast is also tasty and fresh. I recommend this location for you all!

Nice and clean hotel right in the middle of Viechtach's historic town center with shopping and eating nearby. Single rooms are very small but double room are ok. Fridge and water kettles are missing. Great breakfast buffet but the restaurant menu is pretty limited.

Wait until construction is done The hotel is under renovation and there were wires hanging from the ceiling. Carpets torn up, new doors and construction equipment around the lobby and corridors to your room. It was loud very early in the morning due to construction work outside our windows.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

This is a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities. It's located right by the roadside, about a 20-minute drive from Dahao Plaza in the city center. Breakfast is a buffet with a decent variety, and parking is convenient.

Could be better Evening buffet was overpriced for what it was, and if you forget to bring back the empty bottle of water at check-out you’ll be charged 10,- euro ! Why can’t they just bring it back when they clean the room, which wasn’t to good, no vacuum cleaning for five days. Therevwhere no towels in spa area or drinking water in the gym, and no fridge in the room.

Never again Car park slots are made for motorbikes. I am not joking and my car is not 4 wheel drive. You have to take all out of the car and push it back in between the two cars from outside as you want be able to open the door if you drive in. This hotel is great for transit or sleepovers. The room is simple, tidy and exceptionally clean. The receptionist is kind and helpful. The breakfast is poor, but all the better. It was delicious. I will use the hotel again next time, as a clean hotel is good on a long journey.

This hotel is close to the highway, therefore in a great location for travelers looking for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. The bedsheets, toilet and shower were clean. This is the perfect hotel if you need longer stay. The room is nice and has a descent kitchen. They also provide a laundry machine you can use for only 2 euros.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, in a fairly quiet but somewhat run-down area. There are numerous free parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they're usually very full in the evenings, and finding a spot is a matter of luck. A nice clean B&B with friendly staff and good parking. We arrived really late and we were helped nicely. The room was clean and actually had a nice view. Never had a bad experience in a B&B, parking is 6euro a day and the stay is cheaper if booked online. But still a good price in general.

Hotel is well located. Rooms are standard size and clean. Parking is available in front of the hotel and will be charged separate when you do self check-in no matter if you came by car or not. Charging parking is not mention when you do the booking. It is not expansive but should be stated upfront.

Exhausted after a grueling ten-hour drive, we arrived quite late. Fortunately, the receptionist was exceptionally hospitable, quickly expediting our check-in and explaining everything about our stay. We were so grateful to collapse into a warm, clean room for an early night.

I don't need to go back. Unfortunately, my stay wasn't quite optimal! The hotel is too noisy overall, and the rooms are too dark! The towels and bed linen didn't smell fresh! Our room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay! Queen beds are 1.50 x 2 meters! Personally, I find these beds too small for a double room!

Very good modern hotel. Worth to stay

We had a great experience at Dock. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are two good restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has a charging station, but the one stall was already in use,so we could not use it. But there is a Q8 supercharger in 7 minutes walking distance, so it was not a big problem. In case you come with an electric car, you can book the charging station .

I stayed here for 10 days (business purpose) and was the best choise. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is friendly and can help you with any information you need. The breakfast is delicious and you can find a variety of choices. The city center is not so far (20 minutes walk) and you have a bus station 50 meters from the hotel.

A normal hotel. Don't expect anything special. Unfortunately, there was a large hole in the towel and several silverfish in the bathroom. The bar was already closed Friday evening, which is a shame. Place is kind of isolated facing several construction environments. Uber is available but a little costly and long wait. Walkable to some areas with 15-20mins. No food or restaurant outside of breakfast Service can be a little friendlier though. Smiles are a rare commodity here, just an observation. Definitely not close to a standard Hilton level.

Overall nice hotel, fitness room is not equipped with weights. Cleaning ladies were very rude barged into our room while the do not disturb sign was hanged to make us leave earlier before checkout

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful, there was parking, and it wasn't far from the stone bridge. The hotel restaurant had good food, and most importantly, there was a kettle, which was very suitable for Chinese people.

I spend one night with my young daughter at this hotel. The room is functional and very clean, the underground parking is perfect. The reception staff is nice but lacks common sense and spirit of initiative, I was in disbelief, maybe some training is needed in this area, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Europe. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, but the staff let us check in early, for which I wanted to express my gratitude. In terms of transportation, it's right next to the train station and within walking distance of the old town, so the location is quite excellent.

This hotel is very close to the train station. The environment is clean and simple, and the staff are friendly.

The location is great, the price is reasonable, and the room, though small, is clean and tidy. There are charging sockets, including USB ports, on the bedside table and desk. The breakfast was acceptable, and the staff were very friendly.
