I am just glad we didn't catch any disease during the night that we slept there.
I strongly recommend to avoid the place.
The only criticism was the ants that were coming out of the bottom of the door panel and gathering in the room.
Check-in is a complete disaster, the bill isn't sent automatically, and the phone staff is incompetent.
