Fantastic Location right in the middle of beautiful Veitshöchheim! Free parking, excellent breakfast und super friendly staff. When I asked for a late check out as I had to join a video conference at short notice. That was not a problem. Extra ordinary, customer service!

I had a wonderful stay at the Wiesses Lamm. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect.

We had a comfortable stay. Our room was extremely clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We intend to return in the near future and will stay for longer to explore the area.

We were only able to stay one night but wish we had more. Hotel is wonderful and the Resturant was excellent as well! Can't say enough really, we loved it and hope to return soon for a longer stay.

If you look for atmosphere, quiet and location where you leave the place to walk, hike or jog (in essence for something different), look no further. And then, there is the library! The perfect hang-out to unwind. It is not what you are used from your standard North American hotel chain. Rooms are very clean, breakfast buffet is great. I am returning since 20 years, its well worth it.

Overall a very enjoyable stay at this quiet gem directly by the Main river. Super friendly staff, very accommodating. Loved the fact that it is certified organic and the library room is gorgeous. Clean rooms and comfy beds, too!

very nice everythings. The staff are very good, giving a good welcome. Breakfast has a reasonable selection. Clean room, clean bathroom. There was a small gift upon check-out. Good atmosphere, good lication.

We were able to reserve rooms her for us and a friend. They were quiet flexible with us, allowing the friend to share a spot at the table for breakfast even though he was not a hotel guest( he paid for his breakfast of course 16 euro). Rooms were clean and tidy. Unfortunately no real dark curtains to prevent sunlight (bring a sleeping mask if that bothers you). One star less for the breakfast logistics...

Hotel am Main is in the perfect location. Steps away from a few charming cafes and a biergarten. We loved having drinks by the beautiful river and then strolling the lovely town. The hotel was clean, friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. I would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay! Our room was big enough, quiet and absolutely clean. Beautiful garden can also be used during the breakfast. Breakfast itself is very good organised and we had enough options. Very helpful and friendly staff!

A charming small hotel that was a short walk from the main river and the Veitshöchheim palace.

The restaurant had great food- the best I've eaten in Germany. I had a traditional meal with meat with dumplings and a soup. It was super delicious. The service is also very good. Beautiful atmosphere in a graphic small village. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying or passing by the village. I haven't stayed in the hotel but the restaurant is great.

We absolutely enjoyed this hotel and restaurant. The food and atmosphere were wonderful. The husband and wife team that cooked and served us in the restaurant were pleasant and kind. We would definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend this place for a typical frankonian cuisine. The daily menu was Spannferkel, very well presented and excellent in taste. The restaurant itself is very romantic, cosy and you can't avoid interacting with the neighbors. The price is normal for a good quality meal.

Perfect place for visiting Veitshoechheim and the nearby city of Wuerzburg. Very friendly and clean. We will stay there again.

Property was clean and a spacious room. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though there was a sign that stayed no smoking.

The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. We appreciated the free breakfast and parking. We were surprised that our room wasn’t cleaned on the one day we were there and that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

I would say that it is a regular hotel with high prices.Room was located on the roof level,not very spacious but relatively clean.Defenetely I would choose another hotel in Wuerzburg area ,but was one of the few available .

Clean, uncomplicated, inexpensive, overnight stays with dogs possible and one street away is the Main with paths along the riverbank. Würzburg can be reached quickly by car. Parking spaces directly in front of the house. A small downside: the breakfast is already pre-portioned, so a selection is not possible.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in the new rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a large luncheon with 10 more than planned & the chef made accommodations. Breakfast buffet was nice. As with all hotels across the globe, staff was short but they were still friendly and efficient. The hotel is convenient to walking to river and throughout the town. Great location, phenomenal breakfast, outstanding dining options

Because we often land at Würzburg Airfield for work, I was glad to have found this hotel nearby. However, the experience was so so. Let’s start with the good: - Receptionist was friendly and informative, check-in process was quick and easy. - The location was in the centre of town and while the restaurant was fully booked that evening, it was easy to find other places for dinner. - The breakfast selection...

Service was fine- the food is basically cafeteria style but the waiter brings it to you. I had the chicken and risotto with mushrooms. Obviously the chicken was pre cooked had been sitting in a hot pan waiting for someone to order it. I found it cooked to almost mush but edible with the risotto. Hubby ordered pork with radish and dumpling. He said it was fine.

Update - the company did respond to my email and customer portal message. Unfortunately, it was after my checkout, but they addressed my issues. Beware - outside of their business hours there is no customer service available. I tried every means available email, after hours phone, text message with no response. Similar to a review 11 months ago, the baby bed I requested was not provided. We had to...

Very special and unique, large clean rooms, bathroom & shower superb.

Not the typical hotel: no reception desk, but digitalized check-in and entry. Beautiful rooms in great condition in a beautiful historic building.

A fantastic property! It was odd not having any staff onsite, but this didn't actually impact our stay. The only down side was the limited parking availability. You must arrive early afternoon to get a space.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Not known to us that there is no staff at the premise, everything was self service. At first we had difficulty to find our room, message their staff via App, no response because it was after 3pm and the check in time is 3pm which doesn't make sense at all. Got to carry our luggage up via stairs. It is an Airbnb kind of business model. The room is huge but old, walking...

This COULd be so good... Unfortunately near the railway line - trains running throughout the night. Spacious room and funky bathroom. Heaps of tea and coffee available. Tv failed to work and no breakfast voucher - but we did use the suggested cafe and it was decent. E-mail arrived at 11am, whilst I was in transit, but a phone call soon sorted an entry.
