Reviews
Beware - outside of their business hours there is no customer service available. I tried every means available email, after hours phone, text message with no response.
Similar to a review 11 months ago, the baby bed I requested was not provided. We had to find it ourselves because I received no response.
The parking situation is terrible and unclear. People regularly parked during our stay in ways that prevented other cars from leaving. The information says street parking is available, but it is not clear where. The closest street spots are marked private. The business on ground level also utilized the courtyard.
The sofa bed was broken. The extra plates and cups in the common area were helpful. The room was as pictured and expected.
DO NOT STAY HERE!
We didn't encounter any other guests during our stay. The 2-floor room we stayed in wasn't convenient with a baby. We would have preferred a single-floor room.
Overall, the hotel has a vintage vibe, but it feels more like an Airbnb due to the setup. The location is strategic, just a few minutes drive to the center, and offers free parking.
On a positive note, the room was clean, the bathroom was modern, and they provided a coffee and tea maker.
The only down side was the limited parking availability. You must arrive early afternoon to get a space.
Unfortunately near the railway line - trains running throughout the night. Spacious room and funky bathroom. Heaps of tea and coffee available. Tv failed to work and no breakfast voucher - but we did use the suggested cafe and it was decent. E-mail arrived at 11am, whilst I was in transit, but a phone call soon sorted an entry.
If you don't mind 3-5 minutes walking to the city center you'll find nice dining- resp. breakfast options.
