I stayed here for Easter weekend and while the spas were amazing I’m not sure if I would consider my stay here value for money since the rooms per night are expensive but the check in itself is quite late and check out is pretty early. Also, I feel that the hotel needs to reevaluate their philosophy on customer service.

we like the resort, it was our second time staying there. there were a number of issues and complaints: 1) we were given complete incorrect information about boat ride, time/ date, where to access info by a very confident concierge intern. completely had no idea himself. sadly as the info was totally wrong a boat ride was not to be had. pity that the resorts boat wasn't in service. not much of an...

We enjoyed 2 days at the place, overall I loved the atmosphere. I’m disappointed with the price and the quality of the food. Disclaimer: I booked some extra services that increased the price, your mileage may vary.

An excellent high quality local hotel This is an excellent small hotel where we have stayed several times over many years. It seems to get better each time! The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful; the hotel is clean and well maintained; the breakfast and other food is high quality and with good choices. The ambiance of the hotel has an attractive attractive local aspect.

Lovely hotel and restaurant with familyfeeling Very nice stay. 100% service, Morén than expected from the whole staff. Very groendet! Breakfast was perfect and felt homemade with local specialities. Dinner was very good with low and medium prices. We love to stay at this hotel again!

A great place to stay and enjoy the pool. The staff were very friendly - even packing us breakfast because we had to leave early to catch a train. The dining area is really great for kids because they can check out the fish and turtles in the pond while waiting for food. The bowling alley was also a family favorite.

Had a very pleasant stay. Clean and spacious double room with couch, desk and flatscreen tv. German channels only. Wi-fi was good. Nice colourful clean bathroom, shower was good and hot but not that roomy. Free soap, lots of towels. Dinner was good, the breakfast was just perfect. The crew was very friendly and helpful, what a treat!

We had a wonderful evening dining at the lakeside Biergarten. Our group was large and our waitress was fantastic despite the size of our party. The food was also excellent.

The hotel is a fantastic experience, people are very friendly and welcome. The hotel restaurant is offering delicious food and during staying i have tested a lot of their dishes. Great location near the lake and walking distance to central city. October 2020.

everything is perfectly fine and charming in this hotel, the people are very nice, the situation with the lake view is the best you can get in the region, the food is really, really, really good, with well chosen products, which is a rarety in Germany - and the prices, considering the quality, are really modest.

Very nice restaurant located on the bank of the lake, with great views. There is a Biergarten outside the restaurant which surely makes it a very appealing place for warm summer nights. The menu offers a wide selection of the local cuisine with vegan, fish and meat as options for the main course. There also pre-arrenged three-course menu options. The food is not very tasty, however, the staff makes the impression that you have of Fun at work. A small Smile hurts no one.

Centrally located hotel in Neuruppin. Even if the outside view is kept rather simple, I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. It has a perfectly adequate size for 2 people. Both the room and the bathroom were in perfect clean condition. The only point of criticism was the fact that the double bed consisted of two single beds, so that there was a gap between the beds every now and then.

A very pleasant hotel in a lovely location just along Neuruppin's main street. The courtyard is lush and green, and breakfast plentiful. The service was friendly, the only negative is the restricted opening hours for the reception, though you are able to come and go at will once you have keys.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 persons. Got 1 room. Called emergency phone because there is no reception,but the staff member didn’t understand English

Excellent place for a sleepover Inexpensive and excellent place for a sleepover. Only two issues no shampoo in the bathroom and other guest sitting outside the room smoking.

Very clean, modern, well-equipped rooms. Easy self-service check-in. Good location. Only downside - noisy outside area with large groups of people.

We got a handicap room and it was spaceous and comfortable. Good and comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Automatic check in and easy instructions to get to and into the room. Easy to find close to the autobahn. Breakfast available but we didn't try it.
