The house is a very cozy hotel, but there was no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel presents itself as modern and cozy! The two of us spent three nights there and can say that it was quite pleasant and the young staff very friendly! However, what we do have to criticize is the pricing: we had to pay €25 per night for a small 5 kg dog, and they didn't even provide a water bowl! Since we don't eat breakfast at all, or only very little, we decided to skip it! If you only eat a roll or something similar, a flat rate of €19 is too much! Upon arrival, we asked how much a kWh costs at their on-site charging stations: the answer was €22, but only if you also pay an additional €10 for parking. When we received the final bill, it turned out that charging costs €22 regardless of how much you charge! So we had to pay €32 for approximately 20 kWh of electricity! That's about €1.60/kWh! If the prices had been displayed (on the charging stations or at reception), we wouldn't have ended up charging our vehicle, at least not in our case!

We stayed at Grimm's Hotel Berlin-Potsdam for 10 days in August, and once again everything was perfect. As requested and reserved, we received the King Suite. Although there was a slight staff turnover in the hotel and restaurant, all employees (with one exception) were very friendly and always in good spirits. Only one employee never smiled, but that doesn't mean he was unfriendly. Quite the opposite, and still perfectly fine. We had a small birthday celebration, first on the rooftop terrace for aperitifs and then downstairs in the restaurant. Everything was perfect. The team was incredibly friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious. We also joined the family for the barbecue evening on the restaurant terrace, and that, too, was absolutely perfect. All the lovely and friendly staff in the restaurant (both in the front of house and in the kitchen) are very professional and truly take care of everything. You feel like you're visiting friends! Many thanks to everyone on the team, in the hotel, and in the restaurant. It was a perfect stay, thanks to you. We hope to see you again soon!

The rooms were small but not tiny and very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was ok and the bar open late which always helps! The location is probably the biggest negative as there are no shops around the place. Short walk to train which does take you into the centre of Berlin in 40 minutes

The service, staff, atmosphere was amazing !! The food we loved and our entire stay was really lovely.
One suggestion we have is maybe to move the fitness room to a higher floor then at the garage basement where people could just randomly enter? That felt not very secure hence we didn’t use the room as planned.

Young guy on the reception was on point. Made the mistakes of the Hotel forgotten. Hope he gets a raise. Btw the tablet Was useful in the room. They also have a gym which is cool. Breakfast was good.

I was looking forward to the Wiener Schnitzel with fries for €27.50. What I got was a tough, unappetizing thing that they called a schnitzel. When I asked the waitress if it was deep-fried, she told me it was pan-fried—I don't believe it. The fries were clearly frozen and definitely not cooked long enough; they weren't what I expected. My companion agreed. I left everything and had to pay the full price. Never again.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Meal options fit our needs and desires with a great choice of menu options. Rooms were nice but a little small for 3 people. Would still stay here again.

I felt very much welcome and comforted as I arrived from the United States that morning. The staff was extremely friendly and competent. I was greeted with calm and a beautiful smile. My room was prepared early. I received a complimentary coffee while waiting for my room. The decor is stylish, the rooms are beautiful and functional. As for location, it suited me very well for my trip, as I was attending a sports event in Zehlendorf. The breakfast was fantastic, plentiful, and with a lot of variety. I would highly recommend this hotel.
