I had a great time at Estrel hotel. The location is not far from the S barn, but the surrounding environment is a bit scare. The hotel facilities are good with fitness/gym. There are a small area outdoor in-front of the hotel near the river which is relaxing area. There is Edeka with the walkable distance.

This place was honestly a solid find. The room was super comfortable and it was clean. The lobby has this really nice, open feel with great interior design, so just hanging out there for a few minutes was a vibe. And the views outside the hotel are lovely, especially around sunset. Stayed at park inn for 2 nights. The location cannot get any better. The check-in was smooth. The room were decent sized for 2, but the bathrooms could be better. Its part of the room and would be fine if it is fo one person. The breakfast buffet is average. There are quite a few things on the menu, but nothing that was tasty. The coffee machines were broken and the only option was black coffee...

Great location. Great price. Got a complimentary drink for a birthday which was nice. The room was lovely. The shower was temperamental. Lots of foot fall and very busy with people walking through the hotel entrance, but overall a good stay. The breakfast was okay. Very busy and the staff were hard to get hold of, same experience in the restaurant it took a long time to serve us.

Pretty good, clean and hygienic. I stayed in a king-size bed room and the front desk staff was kind enough to bring up an extra sheet when I asked for it. The front desk staff were young and spoke English very well, so there were no communication barriers.

The family room was very comfortable, and the location is super convenient, close to the subway station with a large Asian supermarket nearby. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The hotel also has ample parking, which costs 25 euros per day, perfect for those traveling by car. The only drawback was that the master bedroom was a bit dim, possibly because our room was missing a floor lamp.

Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Really like this Hotel. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market. Perfect location. Not far from Checkpoint Charlie.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is just perfect. Rooms are renovated and very clean. Breakfast has great variety. Gym is adequate for a short stay. The exec lounge has a great selection, breakfast you are spoilt for choice - even the option for DIY bloody Mary’s which I have never seen anywhere else. Great location, big room and bath which is always a plus - right next to the zoo and public transport

The hotel is very large and well-equipped. It's a 10-minute walk to a shopping mall, which is very convenient. There's also a bus stop right outside the entrance, which is great.

The room was very clean. The doorman was helpful and took out the trash, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff, cleaning crew, and customer service were all great. The only thing is they require a 200 euro deposit, which is refunded 7 to 14 business days after check-out, with the city tax deducted from it. I hope my deposit is returned promptly, thank you.

It's a very nice 5 star hotel experience. The staff are fantastic and really accommodating, extremely pleasant interactions. The location is decent as well, bus and lots of shops etc nearby.

Seriously disappointed, speechless. The service was terrible. When I checked in, the front desk gave me an inactive room card – no idea what they were thinking. At check-out, they said they'd email the charges, but despite countless follow-up emails, I never received an itemized bill. It's like they can't read. Definitely won't be staying here again; avoid at all costs.

The rule that you need to ask for cleaning before 11am at reception is weird. The QR cosde that was given to ask for cleaning did not work and you have to sta long queue with those who check in and out in the morning. Finally, we hardly managed to ask for towels change. Strange and uncomfortable. Otherwise ok hotel in a good location.

The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. There was a noticeable, slightly musty smell from the carpets in the guest room hallways, but the service was decent. The location isn't the most convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. However, if you use a scooter, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate in just 7-8 minutes.

The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. I had a terribly uncomfortable night and barely slept at all. We were so looking forward to staying in your hotel. The rating is high and the location is excellent. Unfortunately it was such a disappointing stay. There were 2 false alarms on the first 4 days. The first one happened at around 10 pm on our first night 9/1. The second time happened at around 5am morning on 12/1. I had no idea how it could have happened twice in just a few days not to mention it...

The whole process is very easy and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Plenty of suggestions of places to visit and to eat. I especially like that you can leave your bags there even when you’ve checked out for free if you have some time left to explore the city.

The internet speed in the room was very slow and the signal was not good. The shower gel in the room was out and not replaced. The environment was good, the atrium was beautiful, the restaurant downstairs was delicious. The location was great, just opposite the church.

We booked the hotel for our wedding night for 2 nights. We wanted to use a sauna and I was wearing a Hijab swimming costume. I was told that we are not allowed to wear clothes or swimming costumes in the sauna.. Only Bikini or naked. Me and my husband were really shocked and turned back to our rooms. This was really degrading and unpleasant.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Most major attractions are within walking distance, and the subway station is right outside the door. We even walked to the Berlin Philharmonic for an evening performance, which only took 8 minutes. First I have to say the hotel facilities all very new, the bathroom, pillows and mattress all good quality. However the worst part is WiFi, although the hotel offers you free WiFi, but it can’t be connected at all, they tried to ask you pay extra €6 per day for upgrade services, it’s so annoying. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, you need take bus every day for another costs.

The location of the hotel is perfect, there are many restaurants and shops and subway stations close by. We didn’t use their parking but the Contipark in front of the hotel (13€ per 24h with the PCard). The hotel is clean and looks new. The internet was good and there were USB and USB-C outlets as well.

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm as a solo traveler. The location was perfect — safe, quiet, and close to public transport and shopping areas. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable after long days exploring Berlin. The staff were friendly, and the warm cookie at check-in was a nice touch. Fabulous hotel with an excellent location. We stayed here for five days in December as a family with two small children. The staff were so friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a wide selection of foods. Room was spotlessly clean. The pool was great too.

Nice hotel, in perfect location, but shower head was a bit rusty. Also Wi-Fi was awful - works 5 min, then doesn’t work 5 min, and these cycles never end, so it is impossible to join teleconference or video call. Staff weren't able to do anything with this problem, proposal to change the number was strange as this behaviour of wi-fi is presented in any part of hotel (lobby, restaurant, ...)

I cannot say a lot about the rooms, I have been in the Maritim proArte for a conference only. But I want to highlight that the food we got in those 2 days was fantastic. A lot of vegetarian options as well. Coffee and a good variety of cake options was served. Vegan milk options were available as well as vegan cakes. Thank you Maritim team!

Clean good and near attraction Place

It's a very young and vibrant hostel. Many young people, would be kind of rowdy and loud in the common area, but the space is so big and comfortable. There's a guest kicthen to cook your meals too. Also, I actually also lost my key card and they replaced it for free!

I stayed one night only in single room with toilet and shower. Self check-in although you could use reception. I person was near the kiosks to help you if you got stuck. Nice vibe. Spacious common area to meet fellow travellers. Desks for working. Kitchen had some hot plates. The hostel is walking distance to the section of the Berlin Wall with art works. Supermarkets near by.

This was a great place to stay with KitKat Club, Tresor & Berghain nearby. Got on great with all of my dorm-mates during my 5 nights stay over the long Easter weekend. I highly recommend this hostel.

The ground floor lobby was crowded and noisy, even though they offered some entertainment facilities and dining options. The shower gel in the shower wasn't refilled in a timely manner either. However, the price was quite affordable, and there's a bus stop nearby, so the location is decent.

This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is excellent, with a very comfortable environment. The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and the bedding is great, ensuring a good night's rest. However, the shower stall doesn't have a full door, and the shower head easily swivels, spraying water at odd angles. Water tends to overflow, flooding the entire bathroom, which is quite inconvenient

Location is great. Train station and underground train is near. We are able to explore Berlin city easily. Hotel staff were friendlyand helpful. I needed to print somethg for my meeting and the business center was helpfulanf it it open from morning till 11pm. Thank you and will definately stay again 👍

The hotel stay was enjoyable. Location is excellent - right at centre of the city where a lot of attractions are with walking distances. Amazing stay! We had a large room where our daughter's crib fit perfectly. The service, staff, and location were all exceptional.

If you leave your belongings at the hotel, the hotel will not return them. The receptionist will insist that your belongings are not at the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a park and a bustling commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around.
