A very basic, clean room with just a bed and a table. Simple breakfast.

We loved everything about the hotel, from the location to the quiet, the cleanliness, the food and the relaxed atmosphere. It was much, much more modern and high-end than we had expected. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

I got the last available room, so can not complain too much it wasn’t the best room. Close to busy road, so a lot of noise during the night. Ok breakfast. Very nice lady at reception in the evening. Very unfriendly old man at reception in the morning who made total hotel experience unnecessary bad.

Room 41 is fine but I wonder if the tap in room 53 has been fixed yet. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Decent rooms, fairly clean, food is alright. The location is pretty nice, close to bus and train stations. Grocery stores and pharmacies are all nearby. The wifi is mostly stable.

The rooms are large but relatively "old-fashioned". Free Parking is offered. The Breakfast is not skin, but you will be satisfied. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

It's a lot of positives over the years. Unfortunately, this impression is clouded in the last few years. The house is conveniently located in the quiet Hamburg West. The rooms are always tastefully decorated, the staff is friendly and there is a buffet of a good, hearty Breakfast. I'm there like never before.

The public transport is good. Every twenty minutes a Bus in the direction of Altona train station, as well as the S drives cracks-Bahn station Blankenese/.
The Breakfast had a good selection. There was everything, what you eat in the morning. Also of drinks, it's not for lack of. The warm dinner bestannt from 3-speed to a Buffett. There was a very friendly support that is always to the right looked. Also on Sundays, the dinner in the partner hotel Behrmann was very satisfactory.
In total a very nice, good, relaxed Hotel, which is also a good price - performance ratio.
