Apartment Hotels in Hamburg

Apart from breakfast, everything else was very good 👍

Clean aparthotel, cleanservice not great, 6 days stay, no room cleaning, no changing towels. Breakfast, 15 euro, no bacon or fried eggs or omelet,, just scrambled eggs with meatballs and saucihes. Temperature in breakfast not so warm, they camouflaged a electrical heating. Free parking in the street in front of aparthotel.

excellent rooms food is ok and they need a better hot coco machine its not good.

Usually the last hotel in Hamburg with rooms available. The location is rather suboptimal for me, but overall a very solid hotel.

Lovely place and wonderful staff, will be going there again.

The bed in the room is really too small, which affects sleep, but it is a plus to have a microwave, kitchen utensils, and coffee balls.

The hotel is a great location, outside a couple of stations on the old town. The reception is very grand and the staff are attentive. Shower did leak a little onto the floor, minor problem. Room had cooking facilities

That's great, I'll definitely order again next time.

Good location: Supermarket, dining, subway station and so forth nearby Hotel Facilities: High ceiling, clean room, kitchen and so forth providing a comfort stay Front Desk: Very attentive Overall, very satisfied.

Perfect! A true Rolls-Royce of the hotel world! The location, service, and atmosphere all contribute to a quality stay. The staff is beyond praise: tactful and always able to be in the right place at the right time. Everything is imbued with understated luxury and style. In my opinion, among five-star hotels, it offers the perfect price/quality ratio! I highly recommend it!

The room is clean and big, with free drinks in the refrigerator. But it's a bit noisy because of the ambulance passing by on the street

We were very impressed with the service and the reception – on a scale of 1 to 10, we would give it 10 or 11 points. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels, but this one truly stands out. The spa area, in particular, was exceptionally well-maintained and clean. The pleasant aromas in the lobby were also unique and immediately put us in a holiday mood. However, we do have one small point of criticism...

The room was large and clean, with all the necessary facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it was a bit of a distance from the shopping center. I especially loved the design of the window sill; it had a very relaxing feel.

Easy service. They were able to hold our bags before check in. The communication was clear. The room was spacious and the hotel was in a great location.

The room was quite large and the location was perfect. Although the swimming pool was closed, the team arranged transport to their sister location at no charge to me. Very nice people.

Lovely staff, apartment was spotless and well equipped. Only teeny downside was the lifts being out of service. Great location - no hesitation to recommend

So, location is good. But… the hotel had a lot of problems. Lifts broken on arrival so only stairs available (you had to go outside to get to them) glad to be on first floor and only one lift out of two working over weekend. Pool not working properly - only find out when water is freezing “yes heat pump not working”… Room was ok but… booking for three (2 adults / 1 child) and only towels etc for two...

The pan was in oil and it was disgusting. Everything else was perfekt. Oh also tv was kaputt. We were so busy to tell someone. We wish there was a phone to call reception.

Everything was great, easy check in and the sky bar was lovely. My only complaint was that it was too hot and there was no fan in the room. Thank you

Ok hotel, very narrow beds, uninteresting area, expensive to park - but nice bar/restaurant with fine drinks

Efficient and friendly Very efficient and well functioning hotel (or co-living as they prefer to call it). Great, fiendly staff. Just the way a hotel stay should be.

I was quite satisfied with my stay during a business trip. It's very close to the subway station, but far from the central. The downstairs is always being renovated, which is not very friendly.

The hotel is generally okay. The breakfast is quite rich if you go early. If you go late, there won't be much left. I stayed for five days. Although there was a sign to clean the room, they didn't come in to clean it.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, which can be quite noisy early in the morning, but public transport stops are very close by. It was fine for one night. The room was quite spacious, unlike the shower cabin, which was rather small. The ventilation in the room felt a bit strange - in the morning there was a strong smell of fried food. The soundproofing was also not very good. Additionally...

The kitchenette was very handy, and the room overall was great. The only note would be that the view was of a warehouse yard.

Room was pretty ok. With AC I would've given 4 stars. Service wasn't very friendly or fast. Location is what it is.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is big and clean and has a kitchen with all needed staff in there. Power sockets are well placed and enough. There is a bus station nearby, but there is no ticketmachine nearby (Unless u walk to the closest U-Bahn station)

Rooms are dated and need updating but good facilities inside the room, which also comes with a balcony Disappointing to have to pay to park at €10 Breakfast expensive at €18 a head when McDonald's is only 400m away

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen and balcony. The facilities are complete and new. It is very clean. The food provided in the buffet breakfast is very fresh. The hotel has two car parks, but charges are applicable. You can walk to a Chinese restaurant, the food is delicious.

Overall the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Two points worth noting that guests should be aware of: 1. The curtain pocket (the part at the top that hides the curtain rail) is not deep enough, so plenty of light comes in around it. For people use to full blackout in bedrooms, this may be disturbing - especially when the sun rises in the morning. 2. As noted in some other reviews, the pillows...

Excellent service, service mind

I was there on business for a few weeks, so the washing machine was fabulous to have in the apartment. The staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English. The location is excellent too, with many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There's lots to see and do in Hamburg and when I return will be booking with them again.

Used the hotel while participating in IM Hamburg. Ideal location 5 mins walk to the race and lake area. Hotel staff were brilliant and let us have bikes in room. They all spoke English which was great as our German is less than 10-15 words/phrases. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items, plus so many drink options. We took advantage of the apartment kitchen which is small but useable...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It offered great value for the money—clean, comfortable rooms without breaking the bank. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and convenient for getting around. It’s also very kid-friendly.The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a well-rounded, pleasant stay!

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Hamburg, great location and amenities. Just keep in mind there is no room service or minibar in the room. You either need to go down to the lobby for snacks or buy something, so for business travellers after a long day maybe not ideal

I have stayed twice in January, both times for a full week, as I was attending a course. After the first night I stayed, I went ahead and booked the hotel for all the other weeks I was in Hamburg. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very safe, being a solo female traveller I have had nothing but good feelings staying here. It is close by the Straßenbahn and the local shops. The room...

Very close to Altona train station, also very close to everything in Ottensen. Fast and friendly check in. Very clean and nice room, but we had a room with a sleeping area which could only be reached by climbing a ladder (think tiny house). I had known this before we booked and I had always wanted to see what that's like, but I didn't like it at all. Found bed area claustrophobic and uncomfortable...

Great location Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely...

The property was extremely clean, located close to many shopping centers and had an easy acces to transportation that is very close. All the stuff it’s helpful and polite with all the information required.Excellent!

The ambience was amazing. Hospitality was top notch. The champagne green apple stole the show. Those scones were 10/10. Everything was amazing. Just beware parking is not the best.

I love it. Just wonderful will for sure come back. Thanks for the great service. You really spoiled me.

I spent lovely nights at this beautiful hotel, back on April 2019, Dec 2019, January 2020, & now from 26th Dec 2021 to 6th January 2022, my stays in the hotel exceeded my expectations. Totally recommended, Clean, Modern, Friendly staff, Great location. This hotel and team never disappoints. It is a great property where you can see that management and staff care to look after the hotel and make your...

We spent 4 nights in Hyatt Hamburg. Initially booked 3 but extended as the weather wasn’t good and couldn’t see much of the city offerings. We spent a lot of time in the hotel because of the weather, the kids enjoyed swimming in the large cool pool. The staff is great, specially the front desk manager Mr. Miguel, the concierge and dining room guys. In my opinion the hotel needs a massive renovation...

The Park Hyatt Hamburg offers everything you can possibly expect from a 5 star Hotel! I stayed here during my visit in 2021. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The Gym and the Spa is very well equipped. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. The one aspect that stood out above everything else was the customer service. The staff is well trained, knowledgeable, friendly and was always available...

Well I prefer and love the Hyatt Berlin. That said, Hamburg kind of delivered. Lovely rooms and good reception staff. Oddly no stairs at all except in case of fire. Breakfast a bit too chaotic and spa area claustrophobic and loud when kids screaming and echoing. No quiet room after sauna, and steam room was not operational. Hey at least they had a cold dip pool. Valet made me wait 30 minutes to get...

Staff was attentive and professional. Property was very clean and comfortable

Well equipped studio apartment in quiet area close to the S bahn (Ostensee), less than 5 minutes walk. Good choice of eateries close by. Had to check in at Moxy next door but no problems. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, staff brilliant.

The staff at this hotel are excellent- a big thanks to Daniel and his Manager for sorting out a room issue we had. Really excellent service and would definitely recommend the hotel. Very easy to access central Hamburg with good secure parking.

Loved our room! Had a slight problem getting into and out of the garage, but other than that, it was perfect! Thanks!

Comfortable rooms, but service very much lacking! Repeat stay at Renaissance Inn by Marriott in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld, and unfortunately the service level has seriously dripped through the floor - while the s and breakfast service are still very good. Pros: still a spacious, well-equlipped room with kitchenette, separate sofa and work desk and a small, but highly functional bathroom. Good location, great...

Very nice accommodation, close to the hart of the St. Pauli district.

Nice Location, easy access to public transportation. Kitchen Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Living room needs to be dusted better.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities. Electric car charging station nearby. Easy check-in and check-out. Free parking a big plus.

Everything was great, highly recommended.

Good accommodation with everything you need. The bus stop is right in front of the accommodation, and the main train station is easy to reach. I don't find the garbage disposal solution particularly practical (reservations are required). Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and would happily return.

We found it hard to find anything negative about this place. The units are well thought out and looked after with everything we needed provided and complete sets of equipment in the kitchen. Great transport links in to and across town. The most comfortable sofabed I’ve ever slept on in the living room.

Honestly not bad at all. Reception staff was very friendly. Cleanliness can be Improved. You get what you paid for. I stayed for an urgent need of staying a night. I booked online through hotel application, and arrived an hour later. The process was smooth. I prefer to stay here as the area is more reasonable than Reeperbahn area.

Good location, rooms smelt like milk and carpets were stained, kitchen was well equipped

I stayed for 9 nights, very good location, but the waiters stole 6 deodorants and a roll of filters with a coffee filter holder that I forgot on a nightstand. I went back the next day and the receptionist told us there was nothing, but when I insisted on being shown the lost and found room, I found 2 of the deodorants and they were clearly mine since I come from Chile and they had text in Spanish and...

Highly recommended. It's a great place with excellent facilities, and there's a self-service coffee and snacks downstairs. The front desk service is excellent—warm and attentive. Thumbs up! 👍

Rooms were acceptable. The windows and humidity in this room was shit. The rooms clearly are not soundproof even when the person inside the room speaks calmly. There is a room cleaning service that provides daily new towels and that cleans the room. There is also equipment like a pan, fork, knife, spoon and cleaning stuff. Locationwise is it perfect because it's only a 3 min walk to the next metro...

Very quiet location near the Alster swimming pool. Parking is unfortunately a problem; only residents are allowed to park for longer than 3 hours.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making me feel completely at home. I particularly want to highlight the excellent service: the staff was always friendly, helpful, and anticipated my every need.

I do not recommended to stay here. Difficult check in process, you should go to a different hotel to do it. Noisy, it is not sound isolated

I booked for acora City Apart Living the City. This apartment don’t have any Helpdesk. Helpdesk is belongs to IHG Garner group which is 100ft away from the apartment. The apartment is just opposite of Hamburg Central station. Nearby road is not good for family as per my observation. Unwanted individuals roaming around the road. One person from the apartment helped me to find the IHG helpdesk. Initially...

Good impressions from the service. They tried to please the guest. Good and tasty breakfast.
