When I asked at reception Friday evening to reserve me a taxi for the transfer to the BN train station, I was told I only needed to come to reception in the morning and it would take 5 minutes to have one come to...

Breakfast is ok not super but ok Restaurant service is not so efficient I had to wait more of 40 min for one unique meal and the weiter gave me some bread only after half an hour I was waiting … they are not so polite with foreign people and this is a pity since the hotel itself is quite comfortable with nice atmosphere

Unfortunately, the best hotel in that area. That does not mean it’s good, I actually do not enjoy staying there. Needs an upgrade for sure and staff could be friendlier as well.

Room no 254 needs a little TLC. New paint and a new shower handle ( it is no possible to use the shower without making the floor of the bathroom very wet) Beside these two complaints all was good. Will come again.

Great and peaceful location close to the park and small shops. The hotel restaurant is also good. Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and cleaning is not highest on the agenda. Our suite had dried urine and potentially more under the toilet. We were offered another room but no compensation.

Got to go to a 70th birthday here, it was just fantastic. Huge conference area. Fantastic spa & pool area, only one other using the pool while we were there, altho spa area doesn't open till 1000. We paid a little extra and upgraded our room, got a balcony but twin beds instead of a double, room was good, clean & tidy, no usb charging ports that i could see, Great buffet breakfast, you can sit outside...

Location is perfect, minute's walk from the fabulous park. Atmosphere in the hotel nothing to write about, the check in staff was friendly, but that was all. Spent last night here, we had not booked as we are in the process of driving through Europe. The staff lovely and pleasant, very helpful. Room was clean and the breakfast plentiful. Will stay again for sure.

Spotlessly clean room, very helpful staff and great value. Located a short walk from town centre and parks. Would definitely return for another visit.

My room was large and airy, with a high ceiling, and the walls were painted white, fostering a wonderful spacious feeling. The full breakfast included both warm and cold options and a marvelous variety. Staff both for the breakfast and for the hotel in general were extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and supportive. The dining area is clean and beautifully lit.

It is a very nice, traditional house, in which nostalgia has plenty of room. The rooms are very nice, several with a small balcony (worth it!), the landlady and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, everything is very clean - just one thing is not: modern; and that is what makes the house so charming! The breakfast is very plentiful and varied, only good quality! Preferable over any new-fangled...

We visit Bad Nauheim 4-5 times a year and discovered this fantastic hotel a year ago. The hotel is very special and is lovingly run. The location is central and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is very good with fresh and delicious ingredients. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the Hotel Spöttel.

Nice old-school hotel. The "breakfast butler" wore white gloves, which I thought was great. You feel comfortable as a guest.

Parking space available for customers. Staff friendly. Room a bit older. Rather unsorted. Plumbing department rather very outdated. But very clean. Hotel well suited for craftsmen. Location right in the city. Breakfast was sufficient but with a limited selection. Price-performance ratio should be considered for the hotel. It's OK to sleep ... but not anymore.

A lovely little privately run hotel. We spent a few wonderful days there and would definitely stay again.

Property was nice it was furnished well and had good location. My room didn’t have air-conditioning so it was extremely stuffy and I had issues sleeping. There was a fan provided but it wasn’t the quietest. Bed was comfy though. Although slightly confused I got a single duvet for a double bed.
