Restaurant service is not so efficient I had to wait more of 40 min for one unique meal and the weiter gave me some bread only after half an hour I was waiting … they are not so polite with foreign people and this is a pity since the hotel itself is quite comfortable with nice atmosphere
Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and cleaning is not highest on the agenda. Our suite had dried urine and potentially more under the toilet. We were offered another room but no compensation.
Beside these two complaints all was good.
Will come again.
Great buffet breakfast, you can sit outside in the courtyard area with the Sun shining down, glorious.
Had a dinner included and not a great choice of offerings and cancelled a dinner for the following evening because of it.
Had a great relaxing time here and would go back, altho they didn't appreciate the Pogues playing on our balcony at 2230, we didn't think it was loud🤷🏼♂️
The best hotel in Bad Nauheim for quite some time. It is getting tired and needs an upgrade. For some time as well, staff should learn to be friendly - from check-in to check-out not a smile or a friendly word.
