Close to the station and easy walking to centre of the centre of the town. Hotel is recently renovated to the highest standard

I was here on business trip, and even I have chosen this hotel by accident (all hotels in Bad Vilbel were overcrowded) I was actually very happy because of it. Room was perfectly clean and so comfortable, more than enough equipped for one person. But stuff left the strongest impression, so pleasant and welcoming that I couldn't believe. Since I had to start before breakfast time in order to reach the company in time, they offered me earlier service, and it wasn't limited at all, what I would expect since it was quite early, it was actually full service with complete offer. So summary of my stay here was more than positive and satisfying and I would always come again.

This hotel is a gem! It's within 2-3 mins' walk from Bad Nauheim train station and the bus stops are just located next to it. I believe the staff has upgraded me to a bigger room which had a well equipped little kitchenette. The room is clean, spacious and airy, with a balcony to boast. There were some renovation works going on which could explain why the property looks so new. I absolutely love it as it's also near to activities where the European Elvis Festival 2022 was held. The staff were very attentive and prompt to responding queries. If I were to return for another visit, I would certainly book this property again without any second doubts.

I have been staying in Hotel Arabella every Elvis Festival week for 7 years with my friends from Ireland. We are so well looked after by Heidi and her lovely staff. The hotel is very clean, the bedrooms are so nice and comfortable. The breakfast is great with lots to choose from.
I highly recommend Hotel Arabella to everyone and look forward to returning next year.
