Very nice and attractive from the outside and in the lobby area. The professional and very friendly staff deserves special mention. The same is true in the adjoining restaurant. Very attentive staff who know their job. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant, hence part of this review. The downside: the room, which is significantly overpriced at €135 per night without breakfast. 40cm to walk on...

It was a perfect stay for me. The best features of the hotel : location, delicious food, friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. By the way, we had to leave the hotel before the start of breakfast since we had to catch our flight. Because of that reason, they prepared a package of food for me and my colleague. Many thanks for your gesture :)

This hotel was way above its 4**** Rating--it would be 4* if air condition was provided. Good taste with interior design, rooms high-end, good ambience, good bar with friendly staff, good service and 'feeling'.

Good hotel, good roomy rooms. Good breakfast. Beds are a little less, hence the 4 stars. Also disappointed in the TV channels they offer. No Dutch channels, even tho it isn't too far off the Dutch border.

Calm and nice location. Staff were friendly. The room was in an excellent condition and fully cleaned. Will be visiting again.

I’m writing to inform you about our experience at your restaurant. We were visiting from the US & were invited to the Hotel Stadt restaurant for brunch. There were 13 people in our party. This was a few days before New Years Eve. Our waitress gave us green cocktail napkins to use with our meal. Was on a business trip and stayed in this Hotel which is very good. Locality is so near to city center and also to Aurich ZOB bus station. They kept good options of dishes for breakfast like boiled egg, scrambled egg with lot of bread and cheese as well. Muesli was also good with lot of fruit juice options as well. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very pleased, this time was also just great. I love the restaurant and the breakfast there. The sauna is very cozy, there is also a small pool. The staff is very friendly and polite. Always happy to come back.

What a wonderful location in the perfect place to explore historic Aurich! The service was top notch and the breakfast and bar options were much more than we expected. Thank you to the wonderful owners and staff for making it a blessed and unique experience!

We stayed at Hotel Hochzeithaus for 2 nights and can only give (very) positive comments. The Hotel has a very nice atmosphere, everything is nicely decorated all in the same style and very well maintained and clean. We had chosen for a comfort room: very spacious!
