Excellent breakfast and staff. Parking is available off-site. Small elevator which is also a plus! Overall we were very pleased. We just spent 2 weeks in Germany and this was our most-expensive hotel

Friendly staff, confortable rooms.

The hotel is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is several separate buildings between them, if it is raining will have to prevent this. Breakfast is in the main building where the reception is

Excellent breakfast (although coffee could be improved). Nice buffet-style dinner. Spacious rooms. No air conditioning though.

The rooms are very very large and comfortable. An interesting thing is the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower

Old railway station that was turned in to a hotel. Very pleasant view from the room into the forest. A very healthy spa is in walking distance as also the railway station.kitchen provides German and Thai food.

Dinner and breakfasts are excellent: A good value for money. Helpfull and friendly staff and hotel owners. Hotelroom is clean and the bed was excellent. Located at walking distance from Bad Bentheim

Very friendly people, the food is good! The hotel itself is more luxurious than one would expect. Breakfast is also good. Had a lovely weekend here. Tip: go see the castle if you're staying here, its amazing.

Never mind the bad reviews you might read from a couple of years ago: the hotel has new owners since then and they did a really good job lifting up the quality of food and service to a better level

Food was very good. Service as well. They even had a minitiature train hanging from the ceiling. When asked they turn it on to ride in circles. My daugher loved it. Would definitely go again.

They really earn a plus 4-star review

Located in the middle of greenery with a golf course and sauna. Also an ideal starting point for cycling. The rooms are comfortable, but have little quirks here and there. Service and cleanliness is excellent

We agreed with the other reviews about the unfriendly restaurant staff, none of them seem to want to be there, let alone let you feel welcome. On a positive side, beautiful garden and very good breakfast, too

A beautiful property with a very good restaurant. Everything was spotlessly clean, the tables were set with fabric and the food was excellent. The tagliatelle with shrimp was incredibly tasty

The rooms were very clean, the location was perfect, quiet and very scenic. We really enjoyed our walks in the area and were able to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life

Silent location(30 minutes walk from shop),golf in hotel, near the Autobahn. The restaurant in the Hotel is just brilliant(they prepared lunch boxes because of our early check out)

There is a minibar in this hotel, but with high prices. The surroundings are simply beautiful and invite you to take long walks or bike rides. I'm looking forward to next time!

From the moment we arrived until we left, we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed lovingly by Hubertus, who made sure we had everything we needed

The rooms are spacious, ample, furnished in the style of the hotel itself. The cleanliness of all lavatories, rooms and the hotel itself leaves no doubt as to the quality of the service

We were welcomed by really friendly, competent and attentive staff. This high level of discreet service was carried on throughout the evening

We all chose a different meal from the menu- which although not vast shows there was something for everyone. Very pleasant evening- I'm sure we will use it again soon

Nearby shooting club could be noisy if they are using it (was told on Wednesday) otherwise wall in the forest get some drinks and continue walking

Went here for a meal, with my company to spend an evening with customers. The /Building Restaurant itself is excellent- an old Fachwerkhaus. Very well appointed and very classy

The only downside was the shower as it wasn’t very powerful. Parking in front of the hotel was very easy and free. The breakfast was extremely good. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed

Neat and clean hotel, nice rooms with all the amenities you need, very friendly staff who make you feel welcome, parking in front of the door in a lovely quiet area of BadBentheim. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable Hotel Externally the hotel does not look interesting but it has been renovated and is lovely inside especially the breakfast room. The bedroom was contemporary and very clean

Close to town centre and the castle, about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was very nice and well organized. This place is staying on our list for the future to go back to

Friendly welcome. Rooms are convenient. Very good and extensive breakfast. Dog friendly. Few minutes walking to the city center, castle and Christmas market ;-)

The staff was expecting us and they immediately said congratulations to my son and they even had a small suprise for him in our appartement. Appartement ment was clean and well taken care off

Very nice quaint european hotel. Great staff. Great location. Breakfast was very nice. Carpets could you some updating, but overall nice place to stay.

When we were shown our room the owner even explained how the adjustable headend worked so that we could raise each side individually

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Bad Bentheim and other places. It also was the weekend to celebrate the birthday of my son
