We chose the Mühl Vital Resort for a short trip and are still very happy with our choice. The room was beautifully and comfortably furnished, and the reception service was friendly and professional. This also applies to the staff at breakfast and dinner. We were very pleased with both, including the food. Unfortunately, we were only able to visit the wellness center on our last day. The staff was also friendly and professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Simply wonderful. I've never experienced such friendly staff! The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were so inviting. The spa treatment was also worthwhile and allowed me to truly relax. I'd love to come back again :)

A very nice hotel. I was there for the weekend with all my cousins, about 20 people in total, and it was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted warmly with any questions or concerns, and were always supported in a friendly and helpful manner. Wonderful again.

The food on the half board was really good. The hotel employees were very nice and the hotel was clean and acceptable.

We had an amazing family stay and enjoyed the delicious breakfast and amazing surroundings. It was very suitable for kids with the spa and the play ground nearby. It’s a beautiful place with lots of nice family activities.

Unfortunately not recommendable.
As a couple we stayed for 1 night in a suite over a weekend.
2 weeks before I was not able to book a massage or anything related to wellness. The only 90 degree sauna is tiny and filled with 5 people. The 2-room suite did not even had a shower - just a bathtub w/out a holder for the shower. Food and service was ok, everyone gave their best.
Worst part: at check out I was asked how the stay was. I answered that I would not recommend them and got... no answer. Silence. Not a word. So we just paid and left.
All in all a not recommendable experience.

Exceptionell good breakfast. Nice room, very friendly stuff.

Pretty dated resort…
… no double beds - only 2 singles side by side (at least we had been told)
… rooms spacious but no amenities
… Wifi not available in all rooms (ours was out of reach)
… in the morning barking dogs (1.5h) - ok not resort‘s issue
… spa area pretty fragmented

But worst of all, staff did not pay attention to our complaints (we shall forward to management…).

On the good side - breakfast was excellent.

Vintage grandeur meets homely cosiness in this gorgeous hotel. We had a very spacious room, the staff was super friendly and the food was really nice. The breakfast with sekt is a plus and we recommend booking on half board basis, since the three course dinner is really nice.
The outside parking lot and the pool area were at times a bit crowded, but those were minor issues. The town itself is also very nice, with plenty of hiking possibilities in the area. We would definitely love to come back here for another relaxing getaway!

Rooms are nice and big, the restaurant is good and the breakfast is amazing.
