Hannover is a favourite city of mine, after living here many years ago, its lovely to come back and visit. The Grand Hotel Mussmann is right in heart of the city outside the bright and inviting front of the main station. This very traditional hotel (Still uses physical keys) is high quality with large spacious rooms. Fabulously clean with a quaint buffet breakfast area in the basement. There is no exterior noise from the rooms as far as i could tell. The room was well equipped, clean with multiple well located plug sockets (no usb) and blackout curtains. Service from the staff is exemplary. Nothing seems too much trouble.

Everything was amazing. The bedroom is big, very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable.

The bathroom area was my favourite part, the layout is very clever and the shower box itself is amazing, the water flow, the lights/music inside, it was my favourite part.

The breakfast is also fantastic! The variety of food is very good and all the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience.

The hotel is in the city centre, but you cannot hear a thing when the windows are closed! It's peace and quiet inside the bedroom.

You can leave your suitcases with them until your check in time.
The bedroom keys are very big but they're happy to keep them at reception while you're out.

Overl, it is a fantastic hotel and I'd 100% go back to it!

Travelled alone, I did choose this hotel because of the proximity to the railway station. Friendly service at the reception desk. The room was silent, large to be a single, large desk for working, everything very tasteful. Nice breakfast as well with attentive service.

Large enough room for a family of 3. It has a living area, desk and a good size bath. Breakfast was decent. You can leave your bags when you check out to explore more the city. Would definitely stay here again

Really excellent. Very friendly service, comfy beds, fabulous rain shower with music and a very good breakfast with proper crispy rashers. The windows can be opened which is definitely a plus for me. I'd definitely recommend.

Beautiful rooms, hotel & friendly staff. I pulled into the wrong stall for vehicle parking & they helped me back out. Just to find out their normal parking area was closed because of a garage door failure. The front desk staff were not aware of this. After a little confusion, they helped me get into the parking garage in a different location. Great folks.

They upgraded our room & it was probably the nicest I've ever been in. Sadly, it was my father & I. Seemed like a waste of a room. We still enjoyed it greatly & got a laugh out of the whole situation. Staff were very helpful & warm. Great folks & hotel. I'd recommend anyone I know to stay here. Great experience overall

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right opposite the main train station - but you can't hear in the room. Service friendly, rooms clean with slight signs of wear and tear. Breakfast excellent, just the same choice every day, which can cause grumpiness during a longer stay. Interestingly, the floors and rooms do not have numbers but names.

Perfect. After many years of travelling Europe and experiencing many hotels ..finally a very spacious room with very nice design..Perfect location. Very kind staff.clean rooms. Certainly a place to go back again and again. For me personally it would have been great if you had more options on the TV...in English . But other than that I enjoyed ir very much.
