Communication at heck in was difficult. It was very hot and no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open, lots of people smoking outside and mosquitos got in the room, all around very unpleasant. Sheets and pillows had seen better days. Furniture and carpeting was d and worn.

This is not a holiday type of a hotel, but if you need a place to stay after a long drive, that's a place for you. Few km from the highway and very convenient for larger cars and vans. Late check in available. The staff is extremely helpful and that exceeded our expectations. Not all the reception staff spoke English, but those who didn't went far beyond what was expected to help us. Our room was very simple, but clean and comfy. Huge modern bathroom. Two of us had to work from there and it went just fine on their WiFi..Unfortunately there was no breakfast option and we were sent to a bakery and supermarket 200m from the hotel. It was not an issue for us but could be for some

After I searched for others reviews on internet, I am not the only one that has this situation. I was disappointed by the low quality. It says the hotel is 3-star. But, I have been traveling within Europe for years. Never see such a star hotel. AND the rude receptionist. We were asked to write a good review for them. I believe I am not the only one asked to do so. I refused anyway.

Worst service ever. Receptionist was very rude, and ask us to shut up and leave. The reason of this is because another receptionist gave us a wrong room and after one night, they ask us to pay double the price! We were confused and the receptionist said we were cheating and probably we are Chinese and we did not know the rule. I cannot believe what I heard and I have been living in Europe for 8 years! We left after one night even we booked for two, the receptionist did not provide us receipts and said he would charge us anyway from the credit card! Really bad experiences with this hotel. Another point is they only have receptionist until 10 pm, the night we arrived I was a bit sick and I wanted to have some hot water, and there was no receptionist, no telephone in the room, no water cooler in the room, even no water in the room.

We were discriminated against, we were told to cancel our reservation because of our nationality. The receptionist all but called us by a derogatory slang. Best to avoid.

Overall a good hotel, very expensive for the service they provide. But it is understandable as it ti a time for the Hannover Fair. So, the rooms are clean, the bath is small but clean. Breakfast service is really good, simple but with good quality food.

Nice hotel and clean. Possibility to have a room in front of your car on parking. Hotel is about 5 min drive from highway. Pet was accepted without charge
