Hotel has large rooms with a old standard for its category, but the staff is incompetent. We arrived with a large group, which the hotel had known about well in advance and had on their list, yet when we got there, the room keys weren’t ready, and a significant part of our group had to wait about an hour.
On top of that, the heating in the rooms didn’t work properly despite following the hotel’s instructions, and the rooms should have been preheated for guests.
Minimal plus for the good fruit at breakfast.

Rooms are cold , heating system is not working, they don't care how many times you complain, on day 1 no hot water , don't stay there it's a disaster , everything is terrible

Ramada
I arrived to this hotel around 23:00 and the heating system of my room 401 was out of order! I paid 160€ for a hotel room which was very cold, and outside the temperature was below zero, this doesn't happen in any civilized country!

The lady at the reception desk (blond around 50 years old) told me that there was problem with the A/C system. I asked her if there was a portable radiator and I got a negative answer. I am wondering why they accepted my reservation!

The next morning there was no hot water in the bathroom, although the previous evening there was hot water.

I requested a total refund of the amount I paid, otherwise I would try to protect my consumer rights in any way I can (report my experience to a consumers' organization, the hotel chamber etc).

Rooms are cold, staff is not helpful, there is no food in the hotel, no bar nor restaurant (inconvenient because it is in the middle of nowhere). The doors have no locks, locks are broken in all rooms. Staff claims is for safety reasons. If you cancel a few nights they do not return your money, they say because their card system doesn’t allow. Pillows are yellow and clumpy. Be careful with the proximity to the conference center. Most shows entrance is in the north, and that is a looooong walk from the hotel. No fridge in the room. Hair drier is 100 years old, better bring your own

I checked in consecutively without saying hello to the front desk. They would not come to clean the room or replace the drinking water.

The exhibition venue is very close and breakfast can be provided. There are McDonald's and supermarket next to it. Parking is free. Note that Hannover has a city tax of about 5% of the house price.

It's by the roadside, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but I slept soundly because I was too tired. The variety of breakfast is relatively good, but not too much, so just eat some and don't go hungry in the morning.
