Rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to get two separate beds. Staff was super friendly and allowed us to store out luggage. Breakfast was decent. Only complaint is it’s not really near anything, but the city isn’t that big either. Would recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable service. The elderly male receptionist is rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service skills. On my first visit, he wrongly denied my booking despite clear proof, until a competent female receptionist fixed the issue. On my second visit, he was just as unfriendly, leaving my overseas friends shocked. A bad day is no excuse for hostility toward guests. I will never return.

The gentleman at reception, with his manner, makes you think about whether you have booked the right hotel for your money when you check in. It is hard to beat him in terms of unfriendliness. The towels in the bathroom were completely frayed, very faded and partly soiled with hair. When we complained at reception, the answer "that can happen" was inappropriate as no apology came out. The furniture matched the walls, floor and curtains well. The chic bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, the drain in the shower was very clogged with hair, and the toilet brush had reached its wear limit, even with the signs of use. Actually a really good hotel in a central location, but the superficial cleaning reflects a lack of room inspection.

The hotel is on a main road. You can't hear anything in the room if the window is closed (in winter) - but we come from a big city. The hotel has a large, free car park. The rooms are very large and reasonably furnished. A renovation would be nice, however. The bed is a large double bed and very comfortable. Our bathroom was small, our friends' was large and also had a window. But it was fine. The towels here urgently need replacing as they were grey from washing and quite frayed. What was annoying was the thin walls in the room (the shower from the floor above was very loud). The door closes poorly (due to an automatic closer - that's a bit annoying) - the breakfast room is very large, beautiful, bright and modern. The breakfast is excellent! A large selection of rolls (of good quality), bread, margarine, butter, jam, honey, sausage, cheese, eggs, scrambled eggs, juice, quark and yoghurt, fruit salad, etc. Coffee specialties are also available at no extra charge. You can walk into town in 20 minutes - alternatively: by bus. The good, varied breakfast, the free parking and the good beds make up for the small shortcomings. We would be happy to come back.

Decent hotel. Rooms clean, spacious, and everything works. Some road noise even with the windows closed. The rooms facing the car park rather than the roads are probably quieter. Plenty of car parking. Close to centre of town. Good breakfast.

The rooms are quiet and there is a mini fridge in the room which is good, but that's all. Nothing else is positive.

Do not go to this hotel, because they will not give you shampoo or soap. They are rude and impolite. Going there is a disrespect to yourself.

Nice hotel with own parking. Especially for overnight stay during a trip. Good beds and spacious rooms with individual air-conditioning. Okay, the bathroom is a bit dated but it all still works. You can have some (very affordable) drinks at the bar at night. The breakfast is really good and the breakfast room spacious. There is a connected restaurant that we did not use
For me the only direct improvement would be more charging spots for electric cars. Now they have one which was already taken when we atrived. Fortunately there is a cheap parking garage at 5 min walking which offers 2 x 22kw chargers.

Stayed for a week and all was good. One con tho - Internet connection is not the fastest and can be tricky if you need to work thru VPN. If someone needs good internet connection to work with - go somewhere else. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay
