Great location for those who are on their journey, great service. The rooms ale specious, you have access to a gym and spa.
We are always staying there when travelling across the Europe and passing by 👌

The room and the hotel itself were lovely - clean, modern, and good food. Only minor gripe was our shower gel was empty from when we arrived which feels like a shame that was overlooked. But otherwise the service was great and the staff were friendly.

The main reason I've only given this 3* was the noise - the hotel is right next to a nightclub, and our room was on the nearest side. There was pumping music even at 1am, which we could hear with all the windows closed and wearing earplugs, so our sleep wasn't super restful.

If there were no noise, or it stopped at a more reasonable hour, I would go back in a heartbeat, but this put us off returning unfortunately!

For me as a solo work traveler everything was perfect. It would be 5 stars if the infotainment in the room was more modern so I could watch Netflix or YouTube of some sort on the tv. It said 'apps' but didn't work as it was disabled.
For other people no worries probably but still I like to address these type of things as genuine feedback 😁

I stay at IHG hotels for over 250 nights owr year on business, I have to say this is one of, if not the best Holiday Inn i have ever had the pleasure of staying at!!!
Stunning, absolutely spotless, rooms comfy and fresh, hotel has recently been refurbished, hotel bar serves delicious food and great beer!!!
Breakfast was amazing too, fresh eggs cooked to order, very impressed.
Staff were wonderful especially the young lady who checked us in, she spoke perfect English!!!!

The hotel enjoys a strategic location, especially convenient for travelers arriving by train. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is within walking distance of several key tourist attractions—making it an ideal base for exploring the town.

Great location, just several minutes walking from Osnabruck train station. Less than 20 minutes walking to Osnabruck downtown. One of best options when I went to Osnabruck for business trip. Staff named Brian was nice. Breakfast staff named Shinna was so helpful. I love the sauteed mushroom!
