For me as a solo work traveler everything was perfect. It would be 5 stars if the infotainment in the room was more modern so I could watch Netflix or YouTube of some sort on the tv. It said 'apps' but didn't work as it was disabled. For other people no worries probably but still I like to address these type of things as genuine feedback 😁 Staff was very polite and helpfull!

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Gluten-free options were readily available upon request. The two saunas were very good, but the pool was extremely cold. Unfortunately, the floor was very slippery due to the amount of water. It's close to the center.

Very good to stay in between hamburgers and the Netherlands. We were going to Hamburg and stay for a night to avoid a long long drive. Very close to Kaufland and gas station and everything. Good breakfast as well.

Rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to get two separate beds. Staff was super friendly and allowed us to store out luggage. Breakfast was decent. Only complaint is it’s not really near anything, but the city isn’t that big either. Would recommend!

The gentleman at reception, with his manner, makes you think about whether you have booked the right hotel for your money when you check in. It is hard to beat him in terms of unfriendliness. Wonderful hotel run by family for century and more. Clean, bug rooms and comfortable stay.

Good location as a transit point. Unfortunately, the rooms are not air conditioned and with a high temperature we had to leave the window open and as the hotel is on a busy road it was quite noisy. Obviously in lower temperatures that won’t be an issue. The size of our room was good and service both at the front desk and at breakfast (which was great) was excellent.

We celebrated a wedding with friends over the weekend. A fantastic location with excellent food (shoutout to the kitchen). Highly recommended! Our service staff was a complete success from start to finish. Very nice, very attentive, always there for us, and above all, very friendly. A wonderful day at the Hotel Westerkamp. We would gladly come back privately.

Booked this for a convenient stopover. Automated check-in and checkout are quite handy. Hotel appeared ean. Breakfast was assorted though missed a toaster, haha. Very competitive price.

Stayed for two night on a biz trip. Had the deluxe room. Very generous size and huge bathrooms. On site parking was great. Breakfast was delicious with heaps of options. Had dinner in the restaurant one night / also very good. Great hotel right in the old town.

City is beautiful, the service was great. But the rooms was not the best. The beds was uncomfortable and the room was very hot with bad air during the night. And it was a lot of noise from the restaurant. Good breakfast and good food in the restaurant.

Super good with a proper klima-unit (AC). Modern but simple. Walk to the cafe nearby for a breakfast. The AC really does it, and you can set the temperature, not these medioker that only adjust down 3 degrees. I was the best night on our three-night working trip. WiFi also was good.

The room attendant was very personable and friendly, you could really tell that it came from the heart.keep it up :-) The location was absolutely ok for us as it was only intended for us to stay overnight. Stayed from September 19th-28th and any issues that came up were quickly resolved. Had a wonderful stay and the customer service from the staff was some of the best in Germany I have seen.

For years we have been highly satisfied guests at this well-run hotel in Neustadt. We have never been disappointed; the staff is always impeccably dedicated. It's quiet, clean, and tidy. The rooms are simply yet charmingly furnished. The hotel is located in a quiet, yet central location. For those without excessive expectations, this is the perfect hotel in Osnabrück!

Hotel Neustadt is supposed to be the right place to check in when spending some time in good old Osnabrück. We were very happy with this cheap hostel run by a very friendly and committed service team. It's located in a quiet street very close to the city center. Free parking and WiFi included. Our room was clean and quiet, too, and there were all amenities you need. Sort of Mediterranean flair. Everything...

Rooms were not really clean. The shared bathroom was disgusting. When we arrived 2 of the 3 light bulbs didn't work, when pointed out at the reception i got 1 new lightbulb. Breakfast was not that good. There was a lot of choice but the products weren't really tasty. However 50 euros for a double room with breakfast is really cheap so it's good for 1 night

The "room" i got shouldn't be considered a room more like a large closet converted into a room. I'm 5'6" and the room was maybe a foot wider than I'm tall, the bathroom was rather small and the entrance to the shower was barely wider than i am. No elevator available, a bit steep staircase, barely enough power outlets available to plug your own devices into, lamps that weren't plugged in. Not my first...

The Hackmann-Atter Hotel and Restaurant is one of the best hotel experiences we had in our 6 weeks of traveling across Europe and UK. Breakfast was plentiful with so many choices but do yourself a favor and have dinner in the restaurant, it was the best meals we had…absolutely delicious!

Only visited the beer garden. Had some food. Expected nothing. Got the world 🌎. What an amazing vegetable fry with cashews and a light sauce. Having no reason to be here I might be back for the service and the food.

The place does not look very welcoming from the outside - more of a hunted-house vibe - but there is a nice and spacious beergarten behind the facade. The menu is geared towards the local cuisine, with sizable portions at a good price. There is a relatively large playground for the children, which, combined with the location next to the autobahn, makes it ideal for a quick stop along the way.

We ended up in the Biergarten for our diner. It is a cosy place and perfect when it is a sunny day, like we had. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Diner was very good. It is a good place to stop on your way to your destination. Recommend this place and would certainly come back again when we are in the neighborhood.

We stayed overnight at B&B Hotel Osnabrück, using the hotel as midway meeting point for family travelling from the UK and Denmark. The hotel was lovely and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming and more than happy to help us book breakfast for the next morning (we had forgotten to add it to our booking). Our rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and we all got a good night's sleep...

Stayed here on an overnight stop from Sweden to Holland. The hotel isofern and clean but is just a place to sleep. No restaurant or bar though there are vending machines. It's pretty much self service. I thought the room was too expensive (£175) for what we got. The shower also had poor pressure. Doors have a code pad instead of a key card.

We enjoyed our stay, a nice clean room, close to the city centre. Aircon was a plus, and kept the room cool in the strong heat. Much better carpet colour than the previous B&B hotel we stayed in!!
