Booked hotel room on 3rd party website. Multiple emails from hotel trying to upsell me to another room.
Final straw was Multiple emails asking me to fill something out within 6 hours or risk loosing the room. 2 weeks out from reservation.
Don't need drama, so canceled.

Family managed, owner is very kind and helpful.
Breakfast was very nice and with a lot of choices.
A nice cosy place for a stopover.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and inviting. Even though the hotel was busy with guests, it was very quiet and had a peaceful ambience. Friendly staff..

This hotel offers good size rooms and nice, clean and comfortable beds. Very good and tasty breakfasts. Good location. Near by Heide park, Serengeti Safari, Designers Outlet and Panzermuseum. I recommend this place for overnights.

Great little hotel in the Heart of Soltau, Germany. Very clean with good amenities in a peaceful location. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Suitable for young families also. Would highly recommend this hotel. Would stay here again.
