Everything was fine. The the rooms are modern and quiet. Spa-Area OK, but not very modern. Breakfast good. Unfortunately only one EV Charger is working.

Everything was perfect, from the friendly receptionist to the spotless rooms and the pleasant restaurant.

Hotel beside train station. Walking distance (have to make a small detour to the entrance). Staff is great but there are no convenience stalls nearby. Reception staff was lovely with free coffee/tra/chocolate there till 9pm.

Great stay for a ok price. Clean and good toilet and shower. Great service and good pizza. Just remember Pepperoni is not pepperoni in Soltau. They use Jalapeño and call it Pepperoni. Beside that little fumble all was great.

Stayed for one night with my family and had nothing to complain about. The food in their restaurant was very delicious! Highly recommend it!

I can highly recommend this hotel. Large selection at breakfast even at 9:30 Nice and quick service staff, they took care of guests and buffet often, nothing was missing.

Hotel itself was a little run-down but room was clean and new.

We stayed here for 1 night in the family room. The room looked better than in the photos. All was nice and clean and all beds were made for us. Also the babybed was brought in quickly. Minor thing was the noise coming from the kitchen below, however that was over around 9-10pm. The hotel is in Soltau near a park. The center is in walking distance, which is nice.

Great room! A very nice room with two beds - we easily stayed 2 adults and two children in the room. The room was very modern. It was redecoratee not long ago. Beds ok 👍 Breakfast was served in front room of the hotel. A basic but good selection of different things.

Easy check in with an unmanned reception, but we were assigned the wrong room at first, and we were a bit confused when we didn't find our key, but after calling them the misunderstanding were fixed. No one at reception and lots of confusion for other guests as well. Tried phoning to book another night but no response. Booked via *******. Texts only in German even after saying my only language is English.

No staff at reception. Guests were checking themselves in. A text in German with my room number. Got that sorted. Decided to stay another night. None answered the phone so rebooked thru *******. Four texts in German so I asked for a translation but got no reply. Nice place but seems disorganized.

Perfect for families with kids Room number 21 is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is full of activities for kids. The room 21 is perfect for families who attend to assembly in Heidemark-Halle. Kids will love to play after sitting the whole day.

Hotel is just nearby soltau nord station. Just 3mins walk. However it is a little far from city centre. You need to walk at least 25mins to city centre. But if u enjoy walking and looking at the scenery then is ok. Very peaceful and quiet town. Would love to stay again next time!

Staff nice but door banging all night We didn't sleep for the three night we were there. There is a door from reception to the bedrooms, it was constantly banging loudly all night, keeping us awake. Great value for money. Beautiful surrounding and extra friendly staff. Dogs are welcome and you can directly walk from the property into the forests and nature parks with it's unique flora, fauna and wildlife. Highly recommended, not just for a budget overnighter..

A very good hotel, top rooms in old hunting style, yet modern, clean and very friendly staff.

The restaurant "Zum Postillion" is absolutely my favorite place in Soltau. The food is exceptional – especially the schnitzel – and the house beer as well as the Dutch beers offer a great variety. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the service from the waitress and owner is top-notch. You can tell that the customer is king. Excellent value for money. We only ate at the restaurant. But we did so on Wednesday, schnitzel day, for €13.90. You can choose between pork or chicken schnitzel. Each of us got two large schnitzels with generous side dishes. Absolutely delicious. Unlike other places where the schnitzels are just breaded and more expensive to boot.

It's fine for a short stay. For a longer stay, I would choose a different hotel. Upon arrival, no one was there, and on the last day, breakfast was forgotten. The breakfast is good.

This hotel offers good size rooms and nice, clean and comfortable beds. Very good and tasty breakfasts. Good location. Near by Heide park, Serengeti Safari, Designers Outlet and Panzermuseum. I recommend this place for overnights.
