Very nice, spacious apartment. Actually very clean (except for the black mold in the corners of the bathtub, which had simply been covered with silicone – this could have been avoided with proper cleaning).

Very friendly landlord and a good location in Bremerhaven.

Good value for money. Highly recommended.

I don't usually give negative reviews, but here the internet and media connections are extremely poor, or even nonexistent. The Wi-Fi is constantly interrupted, and the TV doesn't work. Look forward to a media-free time!🤭

- TV only works with sound... no picture.
- Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible... drumming in the bush is faster.
- Open joints and mold in the bathroom.
- All windows leaking. Double glazing fogged up.
- Apartment on the 3rd floor... 67 steps!!!

+ Central location... resulting in street noise.
+ Modern furnishings.

Third floor, ugh, but a nice guesthouse. The toilet could perhaps be improved, because without electricity, and early in the morning, you'll be unpleasantly surprised. You won't notice the noisy street at night. For the location, amenities, cleanliness, and price, I would have given it 5 stars, if it weren't for the toilet. What a shame.
