Stopped her for 3 nights while working nearby. Lovely hotel, welcoming friendly staff. All arrears very clean and modern. The grounds need a little tidy up but not an issue. Buffet breakfast and evening meal had a good selection for all. Pleasant stay…

We stayed for one night and from the very beginning to the end was a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly. Our room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We had two bathrooms which is a great idea even for two people. We were pleased by both dinner and breakfast options. The air around the hotel is fresh and the area is calm, great place to relax. Pool was completely empty when we visited, we had a great time swimming. Saunas are also available, they were clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was perfect, from the friendly receptionist to the spotless rooms and the pleasant restaurant.

Hotel beside train station. Walking distance (have to make a small detour to the entrance). Staff is great but there are no convenience stalls nearby. Reception staff was lovely with free coffee/tra/chocolate there till 9pm.

I stayed for a week for the meeting. First of all, I would like to thank Frau Winkelmann, she was very attentive and friendly. She was the most caring employee at the reception, I thank her very much.

Stayed here to go to Heide Park nearby, and I highly recommend it. The rooms look newly renovated and are very nice. They are small, but are made to feel spacious. The large windows in the rooms are an added bonus.
The included complimentary breakfast for us was a bonus, and the selection of breakfast food was endless. Check-in and check-out was fast and efficient, just the way it should be.

We stayed in this hotel because of proximity to Heide adventure park. It was probably about 7 min drive which was very convenient.
Hotel situated in the forest, green, with lots of activities to do.
Room very clean.
Breakfast and dinner had great buffet offers, one could choose to sit inside or outside. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I was going to visit the famous Heide Park and have booked a room in this hotel just to have a place to spend two nights after arriving and before departing respectively. But staying here turned out to be a pretty good experience on its own. The employees were friendly and competent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. And the natural landscape around the hotel is very relaxing and inspiring. This is clearly one of the best hotels in my life! I hope nothing changes if I decide to visit once again.
