“My stay here was absolutely perfect. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and reflected meticulous attention to detail. The staff were always kind and welcoming, making me feel completely at home. The spa facilities were world-class and provided the perfect place to relax and recover from travel fatigue. It was also an ideal environment for families, with safe spaces and areas for children to enjoy, which made our experience even more delightful. I would love to return again in the future!”

Very good budget hotel for travellers. The rooms were clean and had the necessary amenities. The sea view room was great. However the attitude of reception staff was not good. They were grim faced and apoeared to be little hostile in the way they interacted with us. We didn't see a smiling face in the reception during the stay.

Very nice hotel, with awesome service as we experienced it. Great location directly at the Jadebusen and in close proximity to the City centre of Wilhelmshaven.

Although the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the stay was a big disspointment. We went there for a buisiness trip, month before we received the offer from the hotel where we agreed for certain points and price. What we got at the end was far from what we agreed on, besides the price obviously. Instead of nice seminar room, we ended up in a room where people were walking by & eating breakfast, besides old projector where slides were barely visible, there was no other equipment. Two days in a row, we got almost the same food with very average taste. If you plan your business meeting in this hotel, I wouldn't recommend it as you will agree to something else, and you may be very surprised at the arrival, trying to organize your meeting in very unprofessional setting.
