As I just visited a concert in this hotel I can`t rate the rooms (if guestrooms are meant). But everything I have seen and experienced in this hotel was absolute high class. The location is top because in the city of Bremen where the most sightseeing highliths are and with perfect connection to many public transpost possobilities almost in front of the door.

A good hotel to stay.

Great location at the town centre.
Beautiful and elegant inside.
Clean and tidy room. Decent gym facilities.
Good air conditioning.
Filtered drinking water provided.

When I stayed, there was construction but no one gave heads up to me when I checked in. In the morning, I was waken up by drilling noises, at 6-7am.

Chatted about this with staff during check out, and received compensation with free my car park charges.

Stayed three nights. The room was comfortable and clean, but a few issues affected the experience: the shower drain was blocked, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there were loud repairs happening right next to my room between 9–10 am which is quite early. With some maintenance improvements, this could be a great place to stay.

The hotel restaurant was fabulous, definitely recommended.

This was a perfect location, walking distance to everything. That most
want see. The hotel staff was excellent. They couldn’t be more helpful and informative. The room was a junior suite. It was great. The linens were great. The towels are great. The only negative thing I can tell you is because they’re green they didn’t have any shower caps so what am I supposed to do when I take a shower And not get my hair wet so that was a problem for me I’m glad they’re green but they have to figure something out for shower caps. Breakfast was top-notch everybody in the breakfast room was helpful. The coffee machine I give a big double star 🌟 they had cappuccino with oat milk. That’s the first time I’ve seen thatI like happy they’re doing the greening!! but just check out a shower cap for us that need to take a shower and not get her hair wet.

Excellent location, nice rooms and gorgeous interior. We got a spacious, newly renovated room facing the lobby, which worked well as it was pretty quiet. We each got a queen sized bed and they were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. The only downside was the parking, it was €30 euros each night. However, we highly recommend this hotel.

Not impressed by the service and quality of the room.

Bed - lopsided
Service - were asked to pick up simple amenities at the lobby instead of having someone sending over. First time experience such from hotel at this rating.
