Very good budget hotel for travellers. The rooms were clean and had the necessary amenities. The sea view room was great. However the attitude of reception staff was not good. They were grim faced and apoeared to be little hostile in the way they interacted with us. We didn't see a smiling face in the reception during the stay.

The room was very good and sufficient for one person. The view outside was horrible (dirty containers).

It is right next to the oil storagr plant. It's a very convenient location for business needs. Friendly and clean. Of course, breakfast is also good.

Very spacious room, very good breakfast - big choice and many options. Some rooms have big balconies with the view to bay. Calm place, no intensive traffic streets around.

2nd time around in this hotel in WHV. Rooms were adequate, you have everything you need from shampoo/bodywash/lotion. Bathrobes and hotel slippers are provided. Really nice hotel. It was clean and tidy. Represents a ship becauuse the rooms are tiny, but still nice and wuth a rich breakfast and the personal is really friendly. Best thing is that everything is on the ground level and there are no steps.

Very clean and cozy room with a comfy bed, good aircon, and a nice bathroom. The hotel is quiet and well-located. Belinda, Krit and Fifa at the front desk was super friendly, they were always helpful, and made our mornings better with their smile. Would definitely come back!

The hotel was pretty pricey, considering there is literally nothing around and the rooms seemed very outdated. Also, there was some kind of drain (with unknown purpose), right in the middle of the bathroom, which caused some unpleasant smells. Other than that: the staff was very nice and helpful and the wellness area was okay.

The restaurant was great. Food, service, and value for the money spent was adequate. We’ve had the pleasure to be served by Laura who was very attentive and friendly. The hotel itself has history and hence the rooms are a little vintage. However, the rooms are quite spacious though the bathroom is not.

Not the best room but still good, found a bit of dust and fingerprints but it's okay, service is obviously 5/5 And the location 25 minutes from the beach is amazing. I'll update the review after leaving

A decent mid-priced hotel right next to the city's shopping district. Getting a room on a short notice wasn't an issue and neither was adjusting my period of stay afterwards. The Valois is situated close enough to the beach to reach it by foot, as well as the central bus station that is literally a 2 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was simple but serviceable and should appeal to almost everyone...

The food is not so nice .... But the staff is amazing . Always smiling . Friendly .... rooms are clean and big . I would give 5 stars . But just a shame of the food ........ ( breakfast is super good :-) )

Nice cosy hotel. The superior rooms have a lot of space. Reception is friendly. The breakfast is OK, with enough selection. Parking can be a problem, but there are enough parking spaces in the nearby streets.

The room was large and extremely nice, but the bathroom was not very good. Someone really should invent a hotel shower that doesn't leak and is convenient to use.

Really nice Hotel with good rooms and a werry friendly and helpfull Staff. I have been there because i should work i Wilhelmshafen a few days and I will absolutly stay there again next time I am going to work in Wilhelmshafen.

This hotel is really good. At this time unfortunately the hotel's restaurant (Olympia Restaurant) is still closed for renovation. The rooms are nice and clean and also the room and bathroom have enough place. The WI-FI fast enough and the signal range is good too.
