Family hotel with great focus on service! I slept well and used pool and sauna every evning. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. Fresh and clean, nice beach and many restaurants nearby. Super location to a good price, around 20 min by car to most tourist attractions. We loved our stay! Highly recommended!

Very special hotel. Brings you feelings of old Eastern Germany. This hotel was renovated this year with the spirit of DDR perfectly conserved. Terrible style! Dirty carpet and cheap furniture will not cheer you up. No english spoken at the reception, instead a 10 minutes of german information. The man in the reception ran after us ”nein, nein” when we parked our car in the wrong place. Of course the hotel didn’t provide parking, neither air condition. Never again!

Very nice staff, at the reception and at the restaurant, spoke English, always kind and with a smile, made our stay very comfortable. Location is great, near the beach and very close to the bus stop. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice experience in the spa (sauna + pool). Great breakfast: good variety and high quality food, and attentive waiters. May seem a bit expensive, but it was worth for us :)

This Hotel is located in Glowe, and accessible using Public transport.
Glowe Strand is very nearby hardly takes like 2 mins walk.
Its a prime location where you can good places to eat and chill and very close to beach
Their breakfast buffet spread is from 8 to 10 in the morning and its so huge and you will be full for Lunch.Some of the staff can speak english if you don’t know German like me😀
Staff are also very good and kind, helped to book taxi and packed lunch for early morning ferry rides.
Rooms are big, clean and good patios to relax👍

The location of this hotel was excellent because it is located close to the long Beach. And the service of the staff was really kind and good.
But I was disappointed that it fell sort of my expectation. It would be reasonable to get 3.5 stars bacause the quality of facility was not so good and the scale of the hotel was small.

Very nice staffs, very good place close to beach and a small street food, there is NO massage but they have a very cozy pool. Breakfast is awesome, you can easily skip the lunch after that huge breakfast. Windows has no net so have you anti mosquito spray .

Top notch service with the kind of attention to detail you can expect from a four star Hotel. Very clean, excellent breakfast, and the swimming/sauna area really made the experience; extra towels, tea, water cooler, and a clean pool with very comfortable water temperature. Recommended.
