Hotel Marks Garni in Zingst

A lovely, quiet, and well-maintained hotel, set back from the road and close to the dike. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful; the coffee could have been a bit stronger, but that's a matter of personal taste. The room was also great and even had a balcony.

Excellent hotel. Great breakfast. Very good bicycle storage, including charging facilities for e-bikes. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back.

From the very first moment, we felt at home in the hotel. Swallows circled all over the meadow, flying right past our legs. In the evenings, we heard little long-eared owls calling their parents with their sweet chirps. Swallows' nests with little fledglings peeking out from under the roof overhangs were a common sight. Hooded crows and starlings roamed the meadow. If you don't enjoy this, you've booked the wrong holiday – remember, the hotel is located in a protected nature park! Here, you can appreciate what happens when people don't behave in their usual selfish and materialistic way, but simply become one with the beautiful nature and landscape.

The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are welcoming and decorated in warm colors. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was intermittent – ​​I suspect a weak signal.

We slept wonderfully from the very first night... which is rather unusual for hotels where we stay.

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place good rooms

During our stay at the hotel, everything was really right. It is in a very beautiful location, in its natural state right behind the dike. The staff is really very friendly and accommodating. We were blown away in the positive sense of the word by the breakfast, the richness of which you cannot necessarily expect in such a small house. We had very nice days with an all-round great overnight stay. We would be happy to come back. Keep it up and we wish that this beautiful house can continue to operate for a long time.

A really nice, clean and very well located hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, as you rarely see it in the main season. The next time I'm back on the Darß (which will very likely happen soon) I'll try to get a room in the hotel again. It's a shame that you can only give 5 stars.
