We really appreciated the variety of pools and saunas offered, especially at such a relatively reasonable price. Having a kitchenette was also a big plus for us. (It would have been perfect if a cutting board and a cooking knife had been available, too!) For travelers without a car, the ride to Binz train station was extremely helpful and much appreciated. we spent 3 nights in the hotel. the spa area is the best part of it - warm water, a few saunas. i didn’t like the plastic plants and the overroasted beacon. also i wish there was a coffee machine or at least a teapot in the room. and tell me please, why are there those cut out round holes between balconies? and a good thing is the cheap wine at the reception when the bar is closed. anyway i enjoyed...

The staff was very friendly. Our apartment was very spacious. It is a bit out of the way. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the pier. The prices for breakfast and dinner are too high in my opinion.

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water. Hot sauna too. The entrance to the spa is 36 euro per day but it has a cheaper price of 18 euros in the morning until 13.30. Can't be booked online but at the spa reception only.

Room is clean. Too bad there’s no complimentary bottled water in the room. Maybe because they provide free refreshment at the lobby (bottled water, chocolate, fruit (banana/apple). It’s available after lunch. The location is also very convenient.

This hotel is such a treat with beautiful ammenities, fantastic food, friendly staff in. Picturesque location. We travelled around Europe from New Zealand and this was our favourite place real luxury!

The hotel is in a PERFECT location to the beach, the breakfast and dinner were incredible. The facilities seemed to me a little old, the cleanliness in the bathroom of the room should be deeper (EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE TOILET). Would you recommend? YES.

Nice hotel but could improve Nice newer hotel, too pricey for what they offer. Clean room and facility but little things are missing to say its the perfect hotel/stay. For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. That was pretty upsetting...

We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend.

This is a very nice and convenient hotel located directly at the beach. It’s great for runners (nearby woods and trails), tanners, and of course swimmers. There’s even a nudist beach nearby. The rooms are very modern though the could have more hangers for bath robes and towels. In the suites they have shower and a bath tub, however, It would be even more convenient to have a second toilet instead....

Had a really nice stay on this beachfront hotel during easter. Location is very good. We stayed in a family studio. It was spacoius and fresh. Breakfast was good. Spa area with a variety of saunas was clean and well maintained and so was the outside pool.

Excellent and perfect stay .Very hostile and helpful staff . Mrs Gabriela and Mr Maciek at the desk , Mr Witold , Ms Kornelia in the bar and many more . As a Pole - we are few km from Polish border , no polish tv channels . Suprisingly , we have 3 russian ones !!?? Now , to have russians channels in an offer is not only a matter of politics , it is a matter of taste .

Very nice hotel from the grounds to the pool to the very good breakfast. Also the room is nice, although there was a damp smell in the bathroom all the time. The bummer - and not acceptable for a 5 star hotel - is the room cleaning: Randomly replaced towels but the worst: the bedsheets have NOT been replaced once during the 4 night stay! Something not acceptable at all let alone in a 5 star hotel!...

Had a very comfortable stay here at the grand. The buffet breakfast was up with the best we have had around the world. Omelettes made to order, multiple freshly made juices, heaps of hot and cold choices. Also had a great club sandwich at the bar the evening before. The beach hotel on the northwest side of Berlin is a reasonable place to stay. The rooms have special pillows, Airfect, which can also be bought at the reception. The room is big and clean, but the toilet is relatively dimly lit. The equipment in the room has been reduced to a minimum. Peaceful and quiet environment. Friendly staff.

Nice place for summer I assume. I stay there 2 winter nights. Beds were unfortunately uncomfortable, pillows hard and thin summer blankets. I had 2 hard to sleep nights at this hotel because of uncomfortable beds and cold nights. Breakfast was one morning poor, another good.

We could even ask for towels that we could bring to the beach at the reception, very nice service! downsides for me were not having air-conditioning in my room, dust and insects above my window (the rest of the room was very clean however) and the bathroom lighting was quite dim.

The size of the balcony is ridiculous, there is only one chair for two people on it, and there is no partition between the room next door. Some of the furniture is outdated.

Binz 2019 A lovely destination with lots to see around or just to lie on the fantastic beach. We usually try to stay at the Arkona Strandhotel as it fulfills our wishes and is right on the beach, in addition it is walking distance to most things

We love this place , very relaxing holidays if you like boats, the water and friendly people. The appartment is great , nice views of the harbour and its well equipped. Reception staff is so helpful and friendly. We have been there 3 times and will be back for sure.

The accommodation is right on the beach with a great view of the water and amazing sunsets. Ideal for watersports, cycling and hiking. For sailors and motorboat drivers a perfect starting point for a turn on the Baltic Sea.

One of the best places at the Baltic Sea

Very quiet and relaxing place. Beautiful nature surrounding the marina. The beach is only a 5min walk away. Beautiful white sand beach. If you follow the walkway to the city you will see lots of different animals: gray herons, swans, ducks, deer and a variety of different local birds. The city is quite small but you get to buy fresh fish and there is a market at the weekends.

The hotel's charm has diminished. As a regular guest, we were given a room with a view of the spa roof; we had booked a room with a garden view. There was no regular discount, nor was there any explanation. The service in the rooms has declined. On two days, the beds weren't made, but there was a card on the bed. At least the towels were changed. That's not four-star! The price for these inferior services...

Very nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the town. We were there with our 2 kids and we were one of a few families. Mostly elderly people so we had most of the pool and spa for us self.

I had the best time in every aspect. The view was great, and most of all, I was able to relax in the sauna and pool. The breakfast was also satisfying, with classic German options.

A very good hotel, but the point deduction is due to the inconsistent handling of smoking on the breakfast terrace and balconies. Smoking was permitted on the terrace during breakfast at certain times. As a result, smokers and non-smokers sat about 1 meter apart, despite the non-smoking table. We stayed in room 418 for 6 days. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the room. There was on the balcony and in the hallway, but what was the use? We informed reception on the first day. Unfortunately, the problem had not been remedied by the time we left. The mattresses were extremely worn. You'd roll out of bed if you weren't careful. The food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent...

We were here for a wedding. We didn't stay in the hotel but ate in both the bar and restaurant area. The staff were very friendly, the facilities excellent. The food is quite expensive, which is to be expected in such an establishment.

Despite facing the same staffing issues most establishments face, the service is still top par. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Our waiter Denis each evening treated us like family. The beach is great, and again, the staff who sort out your seating and serve snacks and drinks are pleasant. Sunsets are unbeatable! Prices reasonable. I find for the price level the food and accommodation are great...

Its not a 5* hotel. The hotel is nice, but not premium. Plus points: location near beach, gym, sauna, clean. Feedback to consider: far too expensive. Breakfast quite basic. There is nothing special offered. I asked for fresh milk - they didnt have any, only H-milk. Coffee was not good. Eggs were only availble hard-boiled. The ladys at breakfast really nice. Burger at dinner good. Horrible experience...

After a blustery September walk along the beach with our dog, we enjoyed a good cocktail on the terrace, served by a very nice and professional bartender. Bar looked very smart and cosy. The large patio must be a lovely place for a sundowner in summer.

Had such a comfortable stay at IntercityHotel Rostock! The location was perfect for getting around and taking short trips nearby. The room was clean, breakfast was generous, and overall I was super happy. Would love to stay here again!!

Hotel is located just beside the train station and reception is welcoming. Rooms are sufficiently large, are comfortable and WIFI is quick enough to work from the hotel room (or the lobby). Breakfast not super big but has everything you need and the room is large enough in its size to accommodate most hotel guests.

This hotel is centrally located in the charming town of Kuhlungsborn right on the Baltic Sea coast. The people working there were extremely attentive and a pleasure to interact with. The room was impeccable and the food there was excellent. I cannot find anything that they need to work on or improve.

Receptionists should know about the best local hiking trail from Sassnitz to Königstuhl, but instead they said “You cannot hike there”. We did in fact hike 8km that day. Not very helpful staff in this regard.

The whole experience was great from the friendly receptionist, the cosy ambiance of the lobby with the candles all over. I got a spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the sea like a mini suite. The food at the very romantic restaurant is very good with helpful staff and smiling. You should definitely book a spa treatment and Sandra with her magical hands could relax my head pain and neck stiffness...

I travel a lot and spend around 150 days in hotels around the world. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. Positive: the location right on the beach, perfect breakfast, first-class staff. I didn't like the room facilities: the furnishings were OK, the electrical fittings were outdated (the same as they were 20 years ago), the bathroom was OK but nothing special for a 5-star hotel, the bed... well.....

We came very late at night with a small baby The team was very helpful and arranged us everything very fast The restaurant waiter helped with sterilization of thr baby's bottles and the food at breakfast was very good. The bed is huge (200*200) so even though they gave us mattress for baby we let him sleep with us.

We received a very warm welcome for our mother-daughter weekend. We were quickly able to check into our room, which was ready ahead of schedule. It was very spacious, modernly furnished, and clean. The hotel is located just 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. The breakfast was varied and delicious. All in all, highly recommended.

Bathrooms could use a little attention and the airco was on 22°C and it said you could adjust it with -3°C but it did not function. I had to open the window to cool the room. Parking is in the parking garage of the shopping mall underneath the hotel, but there is no space for a workvan higher than 1.95 so i had to park all the way on the other side of the city near the harbour according to the receptionist...

I spent a weekend with some friends at Bansin, mostly for hiking. The Hotel consist of several separate buildings situated in a park- like surrounding. We stayed in one of the new buidings. I can confirm that even the single rooms are nicely furnished and decorated, and of a reasonable size. Queensize beds. It´s a ten minutes walk from the train station to the hotel, and another ten minutes distance...

we arived there was a mixup with how many people to pickup, but no problem. Checkin no problem, when we arived into the Hotel lage, we found it noble nice. The room was just like the fotos Love it. Really liked the hotel and its quality even though the interiour was a bit old school and audience rather older, it was the right type of setting for a calm visit in late summer.
